It's a perfectly good Potbelly, with no major changes to the routine of getting a decent tasting sub-chain sandwich. The staff has always been nice and efficient. No complaints, prompt service, so I would definitely keep going to this location.

Very good, local potbelly! I went for an in-person order and the staff was very friendly, attentive and patient. The location was very clean, and the food preparation was very fast. I highly recommend getting the Mediterranean sandwich especially on flatbread! Delicousness!I will definitely return to this Potbelly when I crave some really good sandwiches! :)

Their estimated delivery times are a joke. I constantly have to wait an extra 2 hours after I place my order before I get my food, and when it does arrive, they have typically messed up some aspect of it. I never had this issue with other Potbelly locations before I moved by this one.
I was driving through Virginia and stopped in Reston. I had the Marinara sub, it was good. The bread was a French kind. Not hard but warm and toasty. What I liked the best was the Chicken Pot Pie soup. That was awesome! I'll be back! ... for a gallon of the soup and to try the chili ?
