Absolutely pathetic, rude and disrespectful service from the shift lead at 9:30p on a Saturday, saying he had decided to close at 9:30p instead of the time posted on their sign of 10p. So we were rudely asked to leave… what an unbelievable experience and I’ve been coming to this location for years. Never again. They lost a long time customer but I will ensure all my friends and family boycott Pitango too!
Chocolate Hazelnut flavor was to die for. Pistachio flavor was fine but was oddly grainy in texture. And cafe espresso flavor was overwhelmingly bitter. Would go back for chocolate hazelnut and try out other flavors but probably avoid pistachio and cafe espresso flavors now.
HelloMy spouse and I we are your usual customers. You guys have the best gelatos in the town and they are very delicious. One thing I want to point out is the opening schedule of your location . My spouse is currently pregnant and most of the time she craves for the gelatos from your place, unfortunately each time this happens your store is closed. This makes me very disappointed and upset. I am hoping you guys can figure a better opening schedule soon for your store so everyone can continue enjoying your great and delicious gelatos so as my spouse. Thank you
Pitango has great coffee and great gelato. This is the only place I can get a good cup of coffee in Reston. I understand you’re going through staffing issues right now but it would be great if management could update the Google hours accordingly. They are closed this morning and open at 1, which I did not know until I drove all the way over there. This has happened to me twice now where it says open on Google, but closed on the door.
Fantastic pistachio and hazelnut gelato and great cappuccino. The staff are friendly and the ambiance is quite, warm, and inviting.
The affagato was nice, espresso with vanilla gelato was perfect !!However, our Cortado was pretty bad. Too much milk & heated for too long.Overall an OK experience.
Best coffee/gelato in Reston! Sign on door says “open M-S, 4pm to 10 pm”, but they’ve been closed for 5 days. Anyone knows what’s going on? Hope they don’t unexpectedly close permanently as Sweetgreen just did!
Excellent Gelato. We had the chocolate and the coffee/expresso flavors.
One of the best gelatos I’ve had in the US. The hazelnut chocolate & banana combination was outstanding. Good outside seating as well, which makes it ideal during covid times.
Visited this place by looking at reviews and 4+ star rating but not worth the pennies spent over here, small place with unfriendly staff, ordered coffee and Affogato and tasted so normal, Affagato was not good.
