My partner is gluten free and vegetarian, so we were struggling to find something that fell under those two categories when we looked through the menu. Chanel told us about multiple gluten free, vegetarian options and made sure to explain how the meals would be made, and was very knowledgeable about all of the ingredients- it was so reassuring! The food came out fast and was really good- I think I got the southwest chicken tacos and my partner got portobello veggie fajitas with corn tortillas, we were both very happy with the meals. We are so grateful that Chanel was able to make the suggestions that she did, and we had a great dinner because of her! Thank you Chanel!!

A SIDE OF RICE & A LECTURE.I did not have a good first time experience at the Reston location. Ordered the smart chicken. Apparently they changed the menu 3 months ago according to my server/ bartender. I some how got the old menu which she acknowledged and thanked me for pointing it out. My meal was served slightly different. When I inquired, she brought out the new revised menu and pretended the mix up never happened. After she and I went back and forth about the menus being switched she tried to make it right by honoring the old menu but not before I got a lecture. Not going back.?

Stopped in for lunch and started with a beer.now this is a bud light and came with a lot of head. The manager is sitting behind me and did nothing. It was also the only beer I order because of that. Now the steak I received was good and cooked as requested. But the rice was old and dry, definitely not fresh, which is surprising because I arrive when they opened. The bean weren’t much better.

Really disappointing. Got the chipotle shrimp tacos for my wife, and she hated them. They came with 3 shrimp, and barely anything else. Never seen a taco with so little toppings. I got the fajita burrito and it was good for if your looking for pub-quality beer munchies, but for $18 this burrito sucked. The restaurant is WAY overpriced in general. I also got the queso fundido, which again, would be great for munchies but overpriced. Most of the food is just fried, greasy, and overpriced. Not even close to a quality meal for a night out.

We ordered live guacamole..the guy started making it and we asked for black pepper and lemon..he said we don’t have black pepper and he sent lemon with someone later..after that one lady gave us black pepper it was seating right behind us on a shelf/table..than for guacamole which plates he gave us,we observed those plates were wet..they washed it but it wasn’t dry enough..we asked him to change it but he laughed and said it is because we washed it and didn’t even apologize and just left..so we couldn’t use those plates..they also made us confuse with choosing the menu in first place..i have wet plates’ video and menu pic for reference but I don’t see any attachment options here..food was ok too..fajita dish was expensive $17.99 for fajitas?? We can’t recommend this to anyone..but thanks for the food..

Great service! Both the managers are brothers and made sure we had an amazing experience. Great food definitely will recommend the carne asada fresh and tasty!

We sat at the bar for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. The bartender cleared the previous guest's food at our spot but said nothing to us. Duri g this time, two ladies walked in and sat at the end of the bar. The bartender went around the bar to give her a hug. He then served them drinks and took their order. They clearly knew them and seemed to be giving them some sort of discount, so maybe they worked there. Not sure. But, we were full price and not important. Food was not bad. Fajitas were a small portion. Drinks were good. Will likely not go back.

Outstanding flavor. Thumbs up great for you to visit with your friends. Five stars.

Typically the service is terrible, and the food is hit or miss. Went here for the first time in a while and Alba was a wonderful server; friendly, and very attentive. The food came out a little messy but hot and tasty.I have hope for OTB after all.

I went today with my family expecting of course great food and service. The restaurant was almost empty, not too many customers inside. While seated we waited like 15 minutes to get some chips, this is something that should come immediately. We ordered some drinks and the waitress was completely lost and off, no absolutely knowledge about drinks, beside that we asked some questions about the food in the menu, she didn't know anything about what it comes in the food, service was awful. In regards the food I will give it 5 out of ten, don't like it at all, believe me a fast food restaurant will have better food. We finished eating, the check came 25 minutes later. No constant follow up check out on us. Lastly, the restaurant was a mess lots of trash on the floor and the table was dirty.
