Amazing! Outstanding service each time. We went for a family dinner and I was delighted by the food and restaurant as a whole.
We dined there for my son's birthday which they did an excellent job of commemorating with a menu, picture, and dessert. Our waiter Will was very knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions. He checked on us and was engaging, made the experience well worth it. Having been to several steakhouses in the area over the years and somehow never to Morton's, I can say I failed myself. I will be going back soon.
My husband and I have a toddler so we don't go out often to dinner, but when we do, we go to the Morton's in Reston. This is our go-to spot. We always know we can get an amazing meal, steaks cooked to perfection, delicious sides and super fresh seafood. We always have a different server of course, but the service never disappoints. They are always attentive, assist with question, offer recommendations for things like the wine selection, menu trade-offs and ways to add on to your steak to make it a little better. This time around we had Bill as our server. He was wonderful and really made our evening a great experience overall. Bill kindly and quickly greeter us upon sitting down and even pulled the table back to help us get into the booth. He was able to help us get a favorite bottle of wine on the table quickly and promptly brought out their complimentary bread which came out super warm. We then opted for the grand ocean seafood appetizer, which did not disappoint. We splurged for the wedge salad, two steaks, two sides to share and I even added on a bernaise sauce on the side. Needless to say it was a scrumptious and delicious meal with practically perfect service. We will continue going back for a great meal each time and would recommend you to try this Morton's if you have not already.
Victoria our waitress was terrific. The bacon steak was mouth watering. And the waygu filet was top notch.
The atmosphere was very pleasant and staff was very attentive. The quality and taste of the food was excellent!
The food was exceptional, the service wonderful, and the atmosphere enjoyable.
Great meal and service!! Would recommend to anyone.
Overall, it was a good experience. We had a minor issue with our table upon arrival, not a huge problem. Manager and staff were friendly and attentive. Our waiter did make us feel a bit rushed though. Trying to take plates as we were eating, I didnât like that too much. Food was wonderful and we enjoyed our meal.
Iâm sorry to be that guy that says itâs not what it used to be. But thatâs the reality. The seafood sampler was very disappointing. Shrimp cocktail was by far the best item, but the 4 small oysters were subpar - salty and fishy. The quartered lobster tail was clearly frozen and/or way over-steamed. We had all 3 type of streak: all were okayyy, but not to the level they used to be. Lacking flavor and juiciness. My medium rare was barely pink (served med-well). The fries were hot and fresh at least! Attentive Service, but young and very scripted server who was a bit stiff. Friendly for sure! They did comp a bday dessert which was unexpected and generous. 3 people for $450 (4 glasses of wine)- just not feeling the value as the prices have increased by at least 20% (what hasnât) doesnât quite justify future visits. :/
Debby _loved_ the filet; loved it! It was amazingly tender! My (K. P.'s) prime rib was terrific! The potatoes au gratin we shared were cheesy and the potatoes melted in your mouth! Scott was pleasant and chatty. The table we sat at had some privacy to it. The entire experience is _highly_ repeatable; _highly_ repeatable! Since we live withing walking distance of Morton's, even in *wintertime* we will be able to enjoy Morton's a wonderful meal! See you next time! K. P.
