Got french fry s, they were nasty so I went back in drive thru and asked for new ones, they said go to next window, I did, they gave me the Fry's, I drove off, it was the same Fry's, I went through drive thru again, I told them I want new ones, they took them then came back and gave me the same ones. I was like to hell with this. This McDonald's is just nasty. The day before I got Fry's, I said no they are mushy, the woman at the window said do you want me to put them through the fryer again, I was like what. I just drove off. For some reason they have gotten lazy and there food is gross.
Your store manager, assistant manager and drive through cashier, not equipped to serve customers.They need training, when I tried to give feedback to the store manager, regarding no receiving help to place order and his staff was not really trying to help, he stated no one owned this location, he ended up hanging up. They lack knowledge and are very unprofessional.
Drive-thru. No line. Barely wait to pay. Friendly staff. It is what it is. Got a Happy Meal so I could use the toy as a swap in a geocache and to take the packaged apples with me on my hike. Had asked for just apples. Wish you could get two packages of apples instead of one of apples and one of fries. And love ketchup but don't need six packets of ketchup for a six nugget Happy Meal and the kid fries that come with it.
Very rude staff in the morning. They don’t care about your food just being slapped on to the bread. It’s a morning routine for my grandmother to get her breakfast here and it’s inconsiderate you spend money to just have ppl just give you sloppy sandwiches and not care and just hand you this right after having attitude .
We don't eat McDonald's often but oh my goodness this one is incredible. We came here for breakfast today and even though it was towards the end of the breakfast window, our food was piping hot and fresh. Like, we pulled the food out of the wrapper in my car and my windows steamed up. The staff even went out of their way to make us fresh hashbrowns since they were out, even though we would've been perfectly willing to take fries or something instead. Despite them asking us if we were willing to "wait" for our food, our order came out super fast and it didn't feel like we waited at all. My boyfriend also commented on how our sandwiches looked as good as what you'd see in a commercial. I'm not a fan of fast food normally, but this one impressed us so much that when we get the craving we will absolutely be visiting again!
Continuously bad service. woman managing the window didn't seal the drink lid, pours half the drink on my car while handing it to me, slapped on the top and didn't even refill it or apologize. Then she pushes me to the drive through waiting area to sit for 15 minutes on my order of...... a single combo.
I go here frequently for drinks. As with all McDonalds, the food is generally not great and tends to make me sick so I avoid it. But the service is amazing! They process people through the drive through very quickly even when it's busy and are always super, super nice and friendly. All of the employees I have run into seem to take pride in their jobs and provide excellent service.
The food was horrible. The fish sandwiches were overdone and looked like they have sitting around awhile. This store here has never really provided a quality meal when it comes to getting it through Doordash. I just do not understand it. my Fries were cold, and the nuggets were actually not crunch. Some were chewy. I guess it is true you have to dine in there in order to receive fresh food. +
Bonus for always having the ice cream available.Unfortunately no peanuts anymore.The fries never seem to be fresh.And the only way I seem to enjoy the QP & Big Mac here is if I modify it, which seems to be the only way to enjoy a fresh, hot burger here.Employees are decent 90% of the time. Which is very good for fast food.
Ordered what is probably the most common meal served at McDonald's. They took my order and payment promptly and then directed me to park and wait. 15 minutes later and about 15 other drive through customers served I had enough. Tried to call the store number but no answer so I walked in. Waited another 5 minutes to talk to somebody and explained I'd been sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes. The employee took my receipt and disappeared for another five minutes before reappearing with a bag containing a burger and lukewarm undercooked fries and a nonchalant "sorry". I get that mistakes happen but with all the computerized order tracking maybe McDonald's could concentrate a lot more on order fulfillment. Hard to understand how such a routine order fell through the cracks.Your mileage may vary.
