Most frustrating experience of my life. If I could give 0 stars I would.Avoid this place if you have *any* dietary restrictions!! They will not allow you to alter menu items if you are allergic or cannot eat an ingredient - they are *happy* to allow you to add them though! For a fee, of course. If you try to call or get in contact with them about substitutions you will be sent to an automated message with 0 options for speaking to a person. The people here are rude and awful. Greedy, terrible, unreliable. I wouldn't trust the food from this place even if I could eat it.
Came in 20 min before closing. I get that can be annoying I work in a restaurant, but it’s not an excuse to be so rude. The guy in the front was scrolling on his phone and literally rolled his eyes in my face when I walked in. Extremely unpleasant and RUDE.
Reminded me of Lo-Mein from a Chinese carryout, but less oily. It looks cute from the outside so I wanted to try a new place. I am not eager to go regularly.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian dishes.
Not very good. I ate it at the Tysons location once and I don’t remember it being so bad. The most expensive Chinese food container of brown rice I’ve ever bought. Four pieces of chicken and four broccoli florets. Just didn’t taste like anything and I got the garlic sauce — you would think it would at least taste like garlic. Try putting it in an actual bowl so people don’t need to dirty a dish at home to eat a lot of rice and rethink the flavors.
Good food, good service. The older crows might be a little lost since ordering is through a touch screen panel, very simple but... I've seen a few struggles and the staff well they are cooking and busy. I love their food fast and good.
Here at the restaurant right now…changed my mind to go from pickup to dinning in…manager super cool, offered to put food on a tray, cups for water and later brought out two bowls so we can eat comfortably. The warmth I’m feeling from the food and hospitality made my day.
Asked for the spicy sauce on the side. It was not on the side it was all mixed in and way too spicy. Waste of money, couldn’t eat it. Was also one big chunky clumpy mess
I wish the employees would wear masks. I would certainly feel more comfortable eating there. But thats just my opinion. Otherwise everything was good.
