"Energetic" doesn't describe the noise level. It was annoying. Gregorio's is under renovation right now & we get that, but they have opened the ceiling up to the rafters and painted everything a "hip" black. It doesn't work! The reverberation from the kitchen to the other diners talking was bad. They need to find a way to baffle the sound. There was a restaurant in Vienna that did this -- they put graceful fabric hung from the rafters that muffled the noise. Hope Gregorio's looks into this & mutes the sounds. On the other hand, the food was excellent and our server, Jaime, was entertaining, so we had a good time. Just turn the sound down & we'll be back! TIA
Disappointing. Food (overcooked rubbery shrimp) and ambience (some construction in the back seating area) were bad. Will not be returning.
We can't wait for your present renovations to be completed. From what can be seen now, it looks like you're headed in the right direction. Your staff is amazing.
Called and placed order for a later pickup. Food was well prepared and plentiful. Ordered mussel appetizer in garlic/butter. Mussels were plump without drowning in sauce. Orders of pasta packed separate from entrees. Only missing some bread needed to soak up the delicious butter/garlic sauce in mussels. Would definitely order take out again as well as enjoy a dinner at the restaurant.
Terrible customer service, the worst service I’ve ever had, I noticed the difference of treatment given to other patrons then me. Also, I waited 20 mins for my guest to arrive, the servers took forever to acknowledge me, and didn’t bring complimentary garlic bread until after our appetizers had arrived. I later found out our server name was Chris, no formal introduction he had no knowledge of the menu, I asked for suggestions unenthusiastic/ nonchalant responses. A server took my Prosecco bottle off the table and it wasn’t empty, without asking. Despite the unpleasant experience, no one followed up with us about our food, my guest didn’t like his shrimp scampi he said it taste sour, one positive my food was good. Which is only reason why I gave this place 2-stars, wish we never paid to eat here the environment is very unwelcoming it’s almost traumatizing. I hope this isn’t the customer service values at Gregorio Trattoria. I would’ve preferred to eat at a restaurant with one review and the service is stellar than here. I won’t return and DO NOT recommend this location.

Went there for mothers day. My wife's shrimp scampi was great, my Samon Alla Griglia left something to be desired, the fish was hard and dry and had no taste. the kids' meals were good. They were understandably busy, the service was great and it did not take long for us to get our food. I would recommend this place, I think they would do better when not overly busy.
Courteous and prompt service. Convivial atmosphere. Nice menu. It was our first visit and we will be back.
This restaurant impressed me a lot. Food was extremely delicious. I catered for my husband's birthday party from them and they sent a lot of food. They said there small size is for 8-10 people but it could serve much more than that. They were very generous in their quantity. Quality was excellent. They even sent chafing dishes, burner, plates etc along.If you want to throw a party and would like to serve good Italian food to your guests look no more coz they did a splendid job.Even their Marinara sauce was stupendous!!!! That's how good they are!!!!
