Luckily the wings are still good cold...because it takes for-ev-ver for delivery
We came here early for Valentine’s (as a pretend couple - cabin crew life?!) It wasn’t a brilliant experience service-wise, but the food was excellent. So we returned the next day for breakfast. It was delicious and we were thrilled to meet Rebecca and manager Gary who listened to our very different experience from the night before and rectified the situation. A-star service and we are now very full and contented. Thanks so much all!
The wings were nothing like advertised and they shorted me one wing. Better wings at taco bell.
I was so excited to try this place because I love wings and the IG account for FedWings looked amazing but it definitely wasn’t what is advertised, this brand is just really good at marketing. Also I didn’t know this until later but Fed wings is just a part of Ted’s bulletin.I ordered 30 wings, 7 different sauces and an order of tenders and when they were delivered they forgot all of my sauces. I tried to call them and they left me on hold for a long time then hung up (they did this 2 more times) then finally my friend drove over there and asked for the sauces we paid for. They gave him the sauces and seemed annoyed with us for THEM forgetting our sauces.Also, don’t believe the hype. The IG photos were very misleading. The wings are very mediocre and the sauces are nothing special. The wings were gummy and flavorless.
Wonderful place and a great guy behind the bar Sam, thank you for looking after us. The food was yummy. You must try the cocktails also.
Sunday brunch- place was packed. We managed to get a seat fairly quickly. Great atmosphere. My dish came with food I hadn’t ordered that I am allergic to. I had made sure to request that food not be included when ordering. Not sure what happened there. Server was extremely apologetic and willing to correct the order. Once that was corrected, the food was excellent. The service was chaotic, with one person taking drinks order, then another server introduced himself as our server asking for order. A different person serving, then the person taking order returning.
Everyone got something different, and we were all happy with our breakfast items. We had planned to eat outdoors, but it was just a little too breezy, so we opted to eat inside. The restaurant was not crowded at all, so we felt safe. Our server, Matt, was very attentive and pleasant.
My husband and I had breakfast here today and it was good. Eggs Benedict did not quite reach the very good mark; but then again I am a lover of Eggs Benedict and have had them many places. The service was friendly and helpful, but not overly attentive. We had to hunt someone down in order to pay the bill.
Not at all what I'd expect at this price point. Mediocre to poor food, poorly kempt dinning room, many missing or wrong details from silverware to pacing of dishes. Bad management...
Our first experience with Fedwings was excellent. The smoked wings had a great taste and non greasy. The so called tenders were the size of cutlets and very juicy. We used Uber Eats for the ordering and delivery process which was quick and efficient.Two very satisfied customers,Tim & Kay Mosher
