What's the point of ordering online for pick up when only the drink is ready while the sandwich is laying on the counter getting cold. The sandwich maker was busy making food and talking on the phone while my sandwich and hash browns were getting cold on the counter and all she had to do was wrap and give them to me.Someone else had to come in and wrap the food and guess what it was cold by the time I got it.
Before 9 am, I bought 3 dozen donuts for a function. They tasted like day old, although they came right off the shelves.
Great customer service. They asked me to take time to taste my coffee and let them know if it was good. Strooper Donut was awesome.
I was just in this Dunkin’ and not only did I have to wait 10 minutes for my order despite ordering ahead via the Dunkin’ app, they didn’t put any cream in my coffee. When I went back to the counter to ask for some cream to add to it, the employees (one of them being a manager I believe) tried calling to pass it off as being darker due to the peppermint mocha flavor swirl in my coffee. However, I worked as a barista in college and peppermint mocha syrup doesn’t make coffee THAT dark.They fixed the drink, but this is my third visit in a row where the employees have been slow in preparing orders or gotten an order wrong (they gave my mother coffee that tasted like it had been sitting all day when I got coffee for us on Veterans Day). This is also the second visit in a row where I’ve had to check how much milk was actually in my drink and then gotten coffee spilled onto my pants as a result as well.I’m seriously considering not visiting this location again unless they take some steps to improve their speed and service.
Came in for a free coffee on national coffee day, was told I had to buy something, bought a sandwich, got charged for the coffee. Person working didn't know how to give a refund. So what should have basically been free despite the purchase of a sandwich ended up costing $9. I don't expect top notch customer service from a fast food place, but knowing hot conduct a refund is pretty bare minimum.
Use the app to order ahead to save time (it can get busy). Reasonably price breakfast snacks. Nice staff.
The hash browns had a strong chemical taste I threw them away. It's like they were cooked in soap or something. I placed a Togo order and I had to dig through all the orders on the counter and my items were not together. I almost left the store without a bag as it was tucked next to someones morning milkshake or whatever it was,overall not a great experience.

The donuts are good but when I ordered a ice coffee it had no SUGAR! it was so gross I dump in the trash I only recommend this place for donuts.
