They took my order online and then canceled it with an email message. The message said if I had any issues to call the store and provided the store number. I called the number on my cell and although the recording said it was ringing the store after five minutes I got no answer, even though the store wasn't to close for another hour. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last time I bother wasting my hard-earned money on these shenanigans.
Been ordering from here for years since I live nearby. Never bothered to read the reviews. Well I did today and dang this place has so many bad reviews, which is odd since I never had any issues.So here's a good review with a tasty photo of a pizza I just ordered from them today.
This location really needs to shapen up. Honestly it's terrible. The phone endlessly rings, don't even try to place an order over the phone. When you go to pick up it's so unorganized, usually all the people have thrown all the orders up there and don't know what goes to who. It's sad to say all the 5 times we've ordered for pick up at this location, this has been our experience. 3 of 5 the pick up times there were other customers inside picking up demanding refunds.
They couldn’t deliver my pizza because I ordered at 11:30pm and the driver couldn’t make it to me because he had other stops. The website says “You can still order online until 12am”. So that was a lie.
This store is always very quick and prompt with service. The only thing that would make using the Domino's app better, is if there's a way that I can tip through the app. I want to tip through the app so that these people can earn extra money for the hard work that they do everyday. Please make this change
Incorrect toppings, broken pizza from centre and horrible customer service. Wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Never ordering again
They have gone so downhill...and their make it right didn't do a thing to make it right. I ordered 2 topping pizza and they must have taken that literally....with only 2 toppings not a pizza full of 2 toppings but only 2 pieces of meat on the pizza...just the worst
I have been going there for years now and recently last three orders have been incorrect despite me telling the branch what I wanted , they labeled the items correctly but messed up. I am not sure but they either don’t have enough people or lack on QC . Yesterday they messed up my orders and by the time I realized it was too late for me to come back to store .
Pizza was 40+ minutes late. I called the store and was on hold for 12 minutes. When I spoke to the manager, he said there was an accident. So my son drove the delivery route and found there was no accident. I should have been reimbursed. Horrible service and lies to customers.
I would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pizza and lava cakes. Waited an hour and still no food. Got a text that the driver was 2 minutes away from my apartment. Waited another 20 minutes and still no food. My husband called the store to ask where our food was and the woman put us on hold for 15 minutes. By this point the driver finally shows up to the door and my husband went to pay him and the driver STARTED ARGUING WITH HIM AND REFUSED TO TIVE US OUR CHANGE. I gave him his cold food back and took back my money. I tried to call the store and complain and now they are refusing to answer the phone. I will NEVER order from this place again!!!!!
