Terrible service! I had to wait to put in my order while the lady behind the counter continued to restock 3 or 4 toppings that were no even empty and carried on a conversation with a co-worker. After she finally made my bowl, she just left it on the counter and there was no one to ring me up. Just poor customer service and poor attitudes.
Usually I love chipotle, but this store has gone downhill. They take forever to complete the online orders (what is the point of selecting a pick up time if you aren’t going to follow it?) and lately they’ve been getting our orders wrong. Be it forgotten chips/queso, adding an ingredient that wasn’t selected, or today getting the completely wrong bowl. Very disappointing.
My friends and I placed a delivery order and paid on one card, on my friend's account. My order came without a protein and when I tried to report it as an issue, they provided my friend with a free entree (that doesn't even work in the app) instead of issuing a refund. How do you forget to add a protein? Very frustrated and disappointed as I lost 15 dollars for a bowl that wasn't enjoyable.
Typical Chipotle Mexican food. good service, clean place. We have dined-in, not so crowded during weekend for dine-in. Carryouts are huge
When I went there today to pick up food I ordered through their app, it wasn't ready. I patiently waited in the line. Strangely, the ladies at the counter totally ignored me and attended to the guy behind me. After waiting for a few minutes more I went to the counter and asked them. They haven't even printed out my ticket! YMMV, you may want to be a little aggressive and lobby them for your food!
The order came out really slow and the staff attitudes was bad. The place is one of the messiest chipotles I've ever been to. I don't trust the food that was prepared. Don't think I'll come back to this location again.
Like most chain restaurants, the food quality is consistent. You know what you are getting when you go here.
This was my $14 meal from chipotle service is okay but portions are tiny. It's not my first time eating here and when I asked about the portions they said this we putting the right portions!!!!Very disappointed, chick- fil-A across the street got a lot bigger portions. Yes I recommend that.
This location is averageFor an $11 burrito or bowl just expect that you will get a teaspoon of guac, and since they’re so cheap with it…I call this location CHEAPotle
Delicious and healthy moderately-priced Mexican-American chain. You choose what you put in your taco, burrito, bowl, etc. Easy to order sauce on the side and easy to order sides, like chips and salsa.
