Worst Chipotle in NOVA. Filthy, no care in making an order, and good luck getting what you want after 9:15pm. Everyone stars packing up a little after 9 even though stores hours state closing is 10pm. Literally asked for Queso and it was sitting on the counter with cellophane wrap on it and they said they were out. I said, “it’s right there”, looked at me and said, “that’s for tomorrow”. Every business has an off day but after the 5th time doing this, just change your hours.
WORST experience at any chipotle, ever. Pull in at 8:45pm, and they were already scraping the grill clean over an hour early with the worst noise that I have ever heard for 10 minutes straight. Like nails on a chalkboard. I legit could not even place my order due to the noise. I have never left a bad review in my life, but this could not go unmentioned.
The manager and some of the male employees here are creeps. I’d rather drive to another Chipotle than go here again.
I’ve been getting taco shells on the side of my bowl for years for $.25. Today I come in and apparently I can’t do that. I’ve been to hundreds of chipotles and this is the first one where this has happened. Looks like I’ll be going to the one in Reston town center
closing staff tonight was so so so sweet and welcoming!! came in last minute and felt horrible. they were so nice and gave excellent service, love coming here. :)

Yup, it's a Chipotle. Not much else can be said. You've been to one, you've been to all.
Decent Chipotle, like all Chipotles this one has nice bowls and other stuff. To eat only negative part is that the dining area are pretty dirty.
Most poorly managed location I’ve experienced. Always dirty and no attention to detail. They get more of our delivery orders wrong than right… If I could chose which location to receive deliveries from they would never get my business.Replace management, retrain staff.
