We had a large order for a camp. We ordered 18 orders online even though we we’re going to eat in the restaurant. The order was ready in 10 minutes and the manager came out and helped pass out our order to our campers. He asked us questions about our camp and engaged with our kids as well. It was the best Chick-Fil-A visit I have ever had! A huge thank you to the staff!!!
As always a quenching lemonade slushy did the trick ?!BUT ,THE MANAGEMENT, should not make the young workers deal with HEAT ?,outside exhaust fans were previously known not to work.As a construction tradesman, we pride ourselves with a functional product.! So the management should have checked the fan switch or the fuse panel since they so well trained in taking care of themselves ?!Let's step it up boys and girls,AMERICA looks to you to keep country going after we're gone!
Gave my food to the car in front of me they had the bag of food for at least 3mins and then gave it back to the person working the window who then tried to give me the food that she just gave to the other people. When I told her I was not taking that food that other people have touched she was extremely rude. Sandwich was gross and fries had no salt. Won’t be back.
today I went to buy food three menus and the large potatoes came in half it is not fair to pay a lot for nothing very bad service

I will give you guys a 4 star because your food tasted good but I have since started eating HALAL only so I’m disappointed I’m not able to dine with you guys again. However HALAL should be something to be looked at especially in Northern VA, there is a huge community of only HALAL eating individuals
One of the best Chick-Fil-A joints in the area. I know CFA speaks for itself, but I’ll go to this one at North Point any day. The service is great, the owners are an awesome family and have gotten to know the locals in the area as well, and it is always super clean and quick at this location.I will also add that they are great neighbors to the other businesses in the shopping center. Always helpful to everyone around and extremely considerate with the traffic flow that comes in and out of North Point.
The BBQ bacon chicken sandwich has no BBQ sauce, the lettuce is old and no napkins were included. Very rare to have a bad experience at Chick-Fil-A so I will avoid this location from now on.
One of the best fast food places. Always speedy service. If you see a long line at the drive through, have no fear it moves quickly. The work as a team to get you eating lunch in no time!Highly suggest the shakes and frozen lemonade.
Mystery Breakfast promo is bogus a free Hash brown. Mystery Side is what it is. Morning manager definitely hatin his job. Asked for salsa and was hating life. Should I pay for it to get some reasonable replies? Love CFA but this spot has a bad vibe...no smiles either. Sad.
