Imagine pulling into the glorious chick-fil-a drive thru after a long day at work, the kids are super excited for those crispy and tender nuggets and you eagerly await your favorite meal. My particular favorite happens to the the cool wrap and avocado ranch..yum! Now imagine, having ordered your mouth-watering meal and arriving home to find that you are not only missing your delicious avocado ranch but you are also short on sauces for your kids nuggets!! AND your precious fries are missing! Oh no! What was a highly anticipated culinary experience has turned into a shocking and depressing nightmare that one has to begrudgingly eat simply because you don’t want it to go to waste. Nothing beats a nice dry wrap and sauceless nuggets!Sadly the quality of this chick-fil-a has declined over the past few months… and I’m not sure if new management has come in or if a corporate spy from McDonalds has infiltrated the ranks. These fancy ideas of depriving customers of sauces and food they rightly purchased stinks of the old McDonalds playbook. Welp I guess we now have to check the bag to make sure it’s all there. Wow, I’ve always prided Chick-fil-a being one of the places where I never have to do that. Previously at this location we’ve always had the right amount of sauce, we’ve always received everything we ordered and crispy warm fries…never had to check the bag…because come on people this is CHICK-fil-a! Can this location please get it together ? I really like chick fil and it’s a shame to see the Gold Standard in the fast food industry to become just like everyone else *sigh*
I frequently use curbside pickup at Chick fil-a. Today I forgot to add ketchup to my order. One of the servers gladly and quickly brought some out for me so my kids would eat their lunch. It wasn't only the fact that he did it that earned me taking the time to write a review today. He was so kind and generous about it. Thank you for making my day better!
My tummy did a number on me after I ate there yesterday (03/16/22) ! I ate half of the Cobb Salad, the small shake, and cookie. Following morning not in good shape! I will be staying away from this one for now on! A shame..as I am a loyal consumer.
We did not get what we ordered, the waffle fries were cold and stale, the chicken strips were too spicy and the manager was very rude and unprofessional!
Ordered a Market Salad. Portion was a bit skimpy, & only 4 tiny pieces of Blue cheese in both of our ordered salads & no extra dressing as ordered. Called back & was offered nothing, no coupon or credit.Was told bring them back, they would replace, but we ordered to take home to eat. Drat
Drive-thru experience was so fast! There were maybe 10 cars in front of me but they had two lanes going and multiple people standing there taking orders and payments. Got my food in about five minutes.
I ordered the southwest salad (my favorite) and i was disappointed with the fact that they gave me very little chicken. I didn't realize it until I arrived at home. They had shreded the chicken (which other chick fil a's do not do). The amount of chicken was only worth a bite.I think I will keep going to my regular chick fil a.
The place wasn't busy at all when I entered with my son. We were pleasantly greeted and helped by the cashier. Service was excellent and very fast. The workers are pleasant, and the food was hot and delicious. Definitely will be visiting this location again.
I’m allergic to some fruits I asked to be subbed out and the directions were not followed, this didn’t bother me too much, but when I called to inform the manager of what happened all I was told that instead of just asking for the fruit to be removed that I have to be sure everyone is aware that it is due to an allergy.My requests should be followed no matter me explaining my reasoning. On top of this the manager offered no sort of replacement or compensation just told me next time I have to be sure they know it’s because of an allergy.Not the chick fil a service I’m used to.
The guy doing curb side tonight was so amazing nice and pleasant I was speechless! Normally I only write reviews about how many extra pickels, it was ok, but this guy blow my mind. Hope he is there for my next curb side.
