If I could put negative stars for this store I would. Cava in general is very good but I have ordered twice from this location so far. 1st time just taste was bad! Yesterday, I had to trash the whole thing as they didn't even close my lid properly and almost half of my food spilled in the bag. I addressed it in the store and they kept on forcing a broken lid on the bowl and ended up adding another bowl underneath, which they thought solved the issue!!! I contacted customer service right away, still no response. Not sure if they even care!!!
Just picked up lunch at 3:15ish on July 2nd with my son. He got a double falafel. All of them were undercooked and raw. 30 minute round trip for me to go back plus the $. I’m just leaving this poor review bc it’s so well deserved.
Food is always good, service is excellent. This lady there Zuleyma was so patient while I was figuring out a large order.
Fresh and tasty ingredients with a lot of options to make a balanced meal! If you’re not feeling super-hungry, the Kid’s Pita (a half pita wrap) is a great option. However be aware that it only comes with one dip and two toppings so choose wisely!I highly recommend the falafel, crazy feta, harissa, and tzatziki! The white rice is also perfectly herby and buttery.I wish they would label their toppings as sometimes it’s hard to tell what they are.
Came looking for a healthier option for lunch rather than the typical fast food you’d usually find around that time of the day. The food was delicious all thanks to the staff I spoke to when asking for what they would recommend to eat since it was my first time visiting this cava in Reston. Overall a wonderful experience and left happy with a belly full.
Service friendly and efficient. Some good healthy choices, but I liked how they used to do the menu better. But I suppose it's helpful to see calorie counts for a few set combinations. Dining tables inside and out, carryout, parking spaces reserved for curbside pickup.
Went in today with my daughter- cashier was so helpful and friendly- food was delicious! Thank you! We'll be back (CAVA Tysons, VA)
