Carabbas has big portions and great foodWe had a wonderful experience here. The waitress was amazing! She was very helpful,flexible,cheerful and sweet. We were the only ones at almost closing time but she served us with a very happy face.She exactly knew what we wanted. Gave us refills on things and just was watchful about what was needed. This was last night at around 9 pm. The manager needs to know that they need to keep her. It will be great for their business. She served us in the area where there werebooths. We were four people.
The food was excellent. I almost wanted to cry because it was so good. I ordered the Alfredo fettuccini with steak instead of chicken. Off menu, but the staff handled it fine, and it came out great! The decor is outstanding, too, the stonework is beautiful and the rooftop garden helps the place blend in to the surrounding greenery. Staff was extremely polite too, but I think they are severely understaffed.it was a bit frustrating and awkward to wait 20 minutes to be seated while staring at so many empty tables, and without a word of explanation. but we were eventually given our choice of seating so that we could wait several more minutes for the menu, then wait to have our orders taken, wait for someone to quickly drop them off and vanish before I could order a wine to go with my steak, wait for someone to bring the menus back so I could select a wine, wait for someone to take my order of wine, and wait for it to be delivered. I was there for nearly an hour and a half before I could finally cut into some food and enjoy a nice drink with it.I really wanted to give them five stars. When we were actually being served the service was excellent. I think they are just understaffed. But I didn't really enjoy my experience because I had to wait so long with no explanation as to why, so I can only award four stars for this review.
Terrible service, terrible overpriced pretentious food. Wait time is ridiculous, only to get your food 45 minutes later and not even hot. Appetizer arrived barely warm, soup was cold. Manager just apologized for the delay, when she should have warned us from the beginning that there was a delay cause they don’t have enough employees.Save your money and your time. Go somewhere else. This place should be out of business already.
We had been going to Reston Carrabbas for some time but will NOT be heading back anytime soon. The service was so terrible. Our food sat for some time once kitchen put up before finally being served. There was only one other table and it took about 45 minutes before entrees made it to our table. Of course by then food was no longer hot. Only ate part and took home to reheat. Waiter never refilled water, asked how things were, or if we wanted anything else.No plans to go back to this location anytime soon.
The Place was quiet and very clean. Our waitress did an excellent job. She was very friendly And smiled at us. The food came out hot and everything was delicious. Surprisingly it was cheaper then what we were expecting. We'll definitely be visiting again.
Wow, really disappointed with the service and food here. Arrived at 2pm, left at 4pm. Only one server in entire restaurant. Wouldn't you know it, were on the wrong side alone and was forgotten several times. The manager sat us and asked what we wanted to drink. But, never brought the drinks to us. Sat there 18 mins before the server approaches. 30 mins to get appetizer. Another 30 mins to get salad. Had to ask for the bread. Then another 30 mins to get our entree. The food has cooled. The broccoli was cold and soggy. Wasn't with the price and time.
We went to this place, sat down, and left after having just a few sips of water. I don’t know what it was but the restaurant smelled pretty bad. Perhaps the old carpet or the tables haven’t been deep-cleaned. It was so off putting that we didn’t feel like having anything.
I love Carrabba's Reston. We order out, we dine in and we try to join their events list every month. The staff very professional, very clean, always smiling and ready to help. Very family oriented. We love their Tuscan wine, their pasta dishes and the canoli cake, such a treat. Thank you everyone at Carrabbas Reston.
Really enjoyed the food. Burratta cheese with tomatoes and the appetizer sampler are delicious. Server was really nice and made our experience better. Seafood pasta was meh, doesn't taste like fresh pasta nor fresh seafood.For some reason, the seafood pasta made my wife and myself really sick. Need to throw up in the middle of the night hence the 2 star
Keith our server was fantastic. And the flavor spot on. Kudos to the team.
