Delicious!! Made to order, burger is large and juicy, and the toppings were perfect. Fries were hot and cooked well. Didn't get a nice photo of the Pretzel Bacon Burger because I was too excited.
I ordered my food through the BGR app. When I arrived, my food was ready. Just the milkshake had to do a quick spin in the mixer. The staff was polite and personable. The fries were hot and salted just right. The burger was tasty and cooked as requested.
Fantastic experience. The place was clean and inviting, and the staff were all very friendly. The burgers aren't cheap (around $9-11 each without fries), but they're extremely good. Cooked however you like with very tasty meat. The manager (I think? Not totally sure) came up to us after we'd started eating to make sure everything tasted good and to let him know if we needed anything. He went above and beyond being friendly and helpful to us. I can easily recommend this place to anyone wanting some burgers!
This is the second time I've been here. The first time, the owner was so kind and helpful that we absolutely remembered him months later. The food was phenomenal on top of that. The second time almost a year later, he was, again very kind and courteous, and the food was great. I would definitely return!
Wanted to change up my M.O. from Jackson’s and was looking for a good burger. Hit a home run. BGR delivered with a perfectly grilled Triple D; medium rare burger, Bacon, Fried Egg with LTO. Added Frangs, 1/2 fries and rings. Great idea! I was not disappointed, they did me right today. Sampled the chicken tenders as well. Very nice accompanied with the chipotle Mayo. Finished up with a cookie the size of my hand. Not too bad. Was also impressed with the service, everyone was nice and kept busy cleaning when business was slow. I appreciate the cleanliness as well as the good work ethic. Come out and support your local businesses.
DELiSH! We love BgR. Come here for burgers often, I LOvE their Chipotle Bison on greens and my husband loves their monthly specials - LOVE a menu that updates frequently. Their sliders are small and mighty and super juicy. Buns are always fresh, never stale! Please do not ever change buns!!!!!! Throughout the pandemic, no matter what, they always smile, maintain great cleanliness, and are super friendly. Good vibes all around (which can be hard in Reston because people can be snobs). we love BgR ? will be back for more juicy unique fair-priced burgers
Visiting from LA. First time in years I ordered a burger cooked medium rare and that's what I got. Delicious medium-rare burger. Way to go Chef Alex!!!
This is my favorite burger place in the area. The food is fresh and the burgers are consistently great and cooked how we like them every time. The fries are crispy and they even accommodate my requests for no added salt. The service is great. Definitely our go to place for really good burgers.
Looking for a good charred burger? Look no further! At BGR you can custom build your own burger or get one of the signature sandwiches. The garlic fries will keep vampires away for a month, but the standard fries fell a little flat
Potentially the best burgers in the world! The owner Alex heard it was our first time there so he came over and made sure we had the right sauces for our sides. He took good care of us! The food was incredible, the staff was kind and overall excellent, it was a great experience! I will be returning and you should go back too. Oh you've never been?
