Busy Bento I call it. Plenty of customers. Open 7 days a week. Nice employees. I only get their sushi offerings , have never been unhappy, fresh.Mom and pop type business. Near a busy Home Depot type shopping strip. Plenty of free parking and other fast food choices in the strip.Sushi made to order. Decent. Reasonable prices.Some seating inside. No wait staff.My only complaint is their phone system, too much static and noise on it when I place a food order.Rock on Bento, love you folks!
The prices are reasonable, however, the food wasn't very good in my opinion. I got a chicken bento box and it seemed like all the worst cuts of chicken with lots of tendons. It was also very greasy. Overall the taste of the food was ok but I'm not sure I'd go back.
The food was mostly acceptable. The miso tastes like vinegar and has no additions beyond broth. California roll tasted ok to my daughter but was pasty. The tofu teriyaki was quite bland, but edible. My daughter also had the tempura shrimp roll and said it was fine. They also got the order wrong at first and had a hard time accepting it. Food was not fast but not amazingly slow --although there were few other customers.
Ordered miso soup since it was the closest place that has it. Absolutely god-awful. It tastes spoiled. The rest of the food was ok, but I can't wash the flavor of the soup out of my mouth. I wish I could get a refund
The food is good but they don’t give you the things you ask for. I have given them several chances and they fail each time. I am sad because the food is good but when you don’t give sauces or the right food or even chopsticks, forks, spoons or knives to eat with.
Excellent service. Team and staff are superior. Thumps up and five stars in review. Bento House is outstanding. Great atmosphere. Lovely for Family dining and entertainment.I give a thumbs up, and a five star rating to the establishment. Kudos to a wonderful, hard working staff. Great job. Teamwork makes the dream. Food is consistently tasty. We order from here all the time. Teriyaki chicken box, soups, sushi, sashimi it's all very good and fresh.
Food was ok, barely any noodles in Bento box. We didn't receive any chopsticks, utensils, or even soy sauce. When I called, instead of offering to provide some, they said its my fault. Won't order again.
Ordered a tofu bento box with miso soup. I asked for fried rice and they sent white rice, the soup was inedible, the tofu was flavorless, the sauce had a burnt flavor, the spring roll was overcooked, and they sent a sliver of pickled ginger and a teeny bit of wasabi (barely enough for one piece of the California roll). The only decent part of the meal was the salad.
Disgustingly bland and sauce provided is too sweet. Who in god’s name makes completely unseasoned tofu and charges money for it? Wouldn’t be very hard to at least marinate it before you fried it ? They must hate humanity
