I am so sick of this location. Every time I order something is MISSING. Why do the employees here think it’s acceptable to not give someone the food that they paid for? If I didn’t order delivery I would check everything before I left the store myself. How hard is it to look over the ticket and double check everything is in the bag? It’s not hard at all, I work in a restaurant myself. The food is good though so I’ve continued to order from here but not anymore. Today was my last day. I’m going to dispute this charge to get a full refund with my bank since nobody else will help me. Wing stop isn’t cheap at all especially when you order on door dash for your family. Idk what’s going on but it needs to be looked into as to why this is a ongoing issue with this store.
First time trying n service was very slow and wings were decent .I would try again
Tried ordering wings online at 9:15, after I went through the entire process of adding my card, was told I couldn’t place an order online and had to do it in store. Decided to go up there as they close at 10:00 and I was driving past anyway. Walked up, saw a sign that says open until midnight, was rudely told they were closing early and that she has no clue why that sign is there and reiterated to me that there was no one there to use the register. I guess late night wings for my pregnant wife before she works overnight at the hospital just isn’t working out for us recently.
The food is always good! I just question customer service in how they accept orders sometimes.
Tonight I spent 31.64 on the boneless wings they were so hard to even bite into. They were dry and hard the fries were very salty and honstly it was a waste of my money
The food was fresh, delicious and it was ready quickly. Staff was down to earth and genuine.
Ordered a family pack of wings. 16 traditional and 8 boneless. Got all traditional and they were cold.. The fries were ice cold and tasted like they were from yesterday, also they were sweet like they put sugar on them instead of salt. Then we only got 2 sauces instead of 3. All around a horrible meal. I do not recommend this location.
The food was good but the customer service was even better. The professionalism and mannerism of the staff had me thinking I was at Chick-fil-A lol.
Okay, the BONE-IN THIGHS were good! I tried the old bay rub & hickey smoked BBQ and would recommend both! Will have try the boneless thigh meat next! ?
I was refused service at 9:36 PM because the manager on shift didn't have a cashier. Mind you they don't close until 10 PM. I only wanted to order some ranch. This is the poorest excuse of customer service or service in general. I couldn't be more displeased.
