If I could give less than one star I would, every time I go to this place they get my order wrong, the service is indifferent, today for example I asked for a coffee with five cream and two sugar a small coffee and what do I get a large coffee that is so Luke warm that they might as well have just refrigerated it instead, no sugar and artificial sweeteners instead which I don't use because they are carcinogenic, the potatoes are almost cold and instead of the croissant sandwich that they ordered they gave me a regular bun. these people are just simply illiterate poorly trained automatons don't waste your time going here.
UPDATE (03/14/22): I received an email from corporate asking me to contact the General Manager so that I could stop by the store on the days that she is working. I have not done this yet and find it strange that I should announce my visit. I will keep you guys posted!February 2022: Horrible. When I pulled up there was a car in front of me .not sure how long she was there but we waited 10mins and still no one helped them so they drove off. I pulled up waited a minute then said HELLO, ABOUT 30 SEC LATER a girl ( Brice or Bree) said " yeah, what can I get you". Then all I could here was laughing, screaming and playing in the background.I got to the window the girl Brice or Bree acted like she didn't even want to deal with me, I said ty after she gave me my CC back .nothi g, she handed me my food, I said ty. And still not a word ..just turned her back to me. I didn't get a recept, My fries were old, greasy and refried. The burger was a mess..Bread torn..I go around to leave and there were 4 cars there and the staff waited till I got my order and drove around before they took the next order. There were 2 girls working the drive thru and people can't even get served. It a shame we get charged more for our food and the service is still hideous! I will never go to this one again...
The food was cold and the bread was cold those young folks stays on the cell phone to much and the supervisor. On the phone also I will not visit that Wendy's ever.
Service was ok. But my cheddar cheese burger was horrible. The sandwich was cold. The cheese was not melted. The bun was stale and hard. I removed the bun and tried to eat the burger, but it had to have been cooked hours ago.I have have been to multiple Wendy’s restaurants and the common theme is cold food. Not acceptable and I think this will be my last Wendy’s donation!!!
The food was made quickly and the staff were friendly and efficient. Line was a little long but the employees got everyone's order right and it moved along.
If I could give this place -3 I swear I would. My family and i visited this wendys before we got on the road to head back home to Raleigh, NC. ALL of our food was freezing cold and tasted old as hell. My little brothers lemonade was weird tasting and was a waste of money. I’ve been feeling sick/upset stomach ever since I had my food. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. I wish i would’ve read the reviews before I stopped here.
Food is usually always hot. Besides that, the employees have horrible customer service. Cannot take orders fast enough to get the line going, I always seem to get one person every time I go with an attitude. I always greet them with a gentle “hello” and end it with “have a good day”, and I get no response or usually answered with a nasty attitude. At one point, I waited so long in line that by time I got home to eat my food, I had 3 buns on my burger. One on the bottom, and two at the top. Wasn’t about to go back because it wasn’t a big deal, but it was the fact they weren’t paying attention. Lines get ridiculously long at night and especially at lunch time. It’s getting old. They need to open the dine-in, so we don’t have to wait 30 minutes just to get to the microphone and have to wait another 10 minutes to make an order.
Wendy's is supposed to open at 6:30 never open until 7 And then you're sitting in the drive-through line and nobody's answering Close this windies
They are friendly and they try really hard to please the customer! I had to wait for my sugar cookie about 30 mins when they were busy but the finally got it right .The team worked together to help each other and I left 30 mins later with my sugar cookie that had to be baked fresh. They never got an attitude even though I was persistent on leaving with my one cookie . Great Job guys !
