I ordered from the Wendy's app for curb side pickup. I waited for over 30 minutes before going inside to see how much longer it would be. When I got inside there was no one at the counter but I could hear them talking. They were being very vulgar and completely unprofessional. I finally got somebody's attention and turns out my food had been ready they just didn't bother bringing it out to me. This is not my first bad experience with this location.
Worst service I have ever experienced. These people are incredibly rude and I don’t think the word professional is even in their vocabulary. Thought maybe it was just a bad day but i have experienced this type of service here multiple times. Rude does not even begin to describe the employees here. Avoid this location at all cost.
This Wendy's was okay but they can do better they always have one thing and not the other peanut butter no jelly ham no Burger LOL you get the picture
I've been back here on 3 different occasions and every time I go they don't have the right amount of people work and so they can't Give me the food you need , like one day I go and I want a Burger And all I can get is chicken nuggets and fries. Can't tell you how many times I've been by there and can't get a frosty. Will I go by there again yes I live close but will I be Hopeful no
Extremely slow and the food is disgusting! Went for lunch and had a nice long piece of hair on my burger,pretty sure it was weave. Asked for light mayo and they gave me the complete opposite. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone smh
I had a Dave's Double, Baconator fries, Avocado southwest salad, and a large vanilla Frosty. My best friend had a Triple Baconator, large order of fries, and a large chocolate Frosty. The restaurant forgot to give us a receipt for the order and left out my buddy's fries. I wanted to get a chili cheese covered potato but they were out of both items at 6:30 pm. We couldn't get anyone's attention after getting our food to talk to the manager. This isn't the first time that I have had problems with this location but it will be a long time before I come back. The part of the order that we did get was very good. They need to put more effort into customer service.
As always they got my order all wrong. Instead of spicy nuggets they gave me orginal. Crispy chicken salad is grilled chicken with chips in it. Never going back here again.
Outside of the establishment is dirty and unkept, old and needs updated! Staff are rushing to keep up with short drive thru lines and rush you to make your order at the drive thru and then get the order wrong! Has happened about 4 times. Won't be back! Sad!!
Employees were very nice, good burgers for fast food, update10/26/21, I have never had Wendy's biscuits or breakfast I have tried them at other fast food places and I was never happy they were either not good soggy or had to toss them, so I decided to try Wendy's their sausage egg and cheese biscuit it was absolutely delicious and I will look forward to having their other biscuits they have or breakfast platters it was very good and the customer service was great? update 10/29 I consider Wendy's the best breakfast place today I tried they're potato breakfast fries ? best seasoned and crispy, they've got everyone beat!!!! Great customer service and my place to go for breakfast, so happy they are close to my home!!!! Their customer service is wonderful!!
The freshest Wendy's I've ever had !! Also, I never leave reviews. As a matter of fact, this is my first review ever. Great job, guys!! Will be back.
