I was simply told that they had no change to give to me. When I asked the gentleman to get it from the window register he went to supervisor and she simply stated we have no change. Not sorry, screw you or even offer to discount my change to her of .12 - wouldn't that have been a better solution instead of just saying, I'm screwing you out of .88. Again not a big deal but very poor customer service. I would'nt have minded but I don't like when places just assume that they can take my money no matter how large or small. Put up a sign and tell people first you can't accommodate paying with cash
The service is okay. It isn't bad bit it isn't good either. Any time we go through the drive thru I feel like we are being rushed to make an order and get moving and when we pull up to the order window to pick up the food we are immediately told to drive forward and wait after we are handed our drinks. If the drive through line is long then it's going to be a good wait till you get to the ordering speaker. Chance are you'll also end up with a messed up order in some way or another due to them rushing you through the ordering process.
Placed an order to pick up inside (which said it was open for drive thru, carry out, and dine in) big poster on the window says dining room open but the door is locked. Really stupid to use the app to avoid a line but end up sitting in it for 20 minutes. Take the sign down and change the app if you want everyone to go through the drive thru… simple (btw it’s 1213 pm dining room should be open).
? OK so naturally I am a well paying customer, me and my family are. Well, Every single time we come here to get some food and we are very nice and respectful because of common respect and courtesy, but the employees are very rude and disrespectful and with no manners and doesnt seem like they dont care about their jobs at all. I have been in the work force for 2 years, not only did I work At rally's, but working over at burger king and I tell you the experiences I get and going to other restaurants well let me just say I have had better service and respect fro people. So if the manager or cooporate sees this, you should either fire your employees and get a new set of them or have a sit down or meeting and give them a talking to about giving and serving to your community. Around 7:30 on a Sunday night. The drive through window was really backed up, and the on-duty manager Dakarius (sp?) was working the window. It appeared as if he was literally taking one order at a time, completely fulfilling that order, and then taking the next order over the intercom. When we commented about the extremely slow service, he basically told us to just leave and have a nice night. Not rude. But the poor guy was so obviously in over his head, it was just sad. I get that fast-food is often entry-level work. But if the owner of this store is reading this, he/she should be worried. I’m pretty sure we aren’t the only return customers you lost last night.
rude manager, rude service, no untensil for my daughter's frosty, was yelled at, no receipt, my hamburger wrapper had a big hole in it exposing my sandwich..sign on window says dining room open but me and several other customers were turned away
Food was perfect. The Cheese potato was amazing. Great customer service and the workers were super sweet!
Messed up my order again...how hard is it to get two 4 for $4 with bacon cheeseburgers?? The service is always rude at this location...I think its my last visit here.
Went for a quick meal on the way to Busch Gardens. Food was cold even the fries which they brag they won't be. Burgers were burnt to a crisp . Spent over $40.00. Everything was highly disappointing . Even the sodas were not the correct order . The syrup was off as there was no carbonation . VERY poor quality control at this location. Would NOT recommend!
Customer service was not very good. A thank you would be nice especially when I say it to them. How rude.
