Got $5 x 5. It was food. It was hot. It was bland. Jr. Bacon burger was the equivalent of the axiom, "good enough for government work," well, it was "good enough for a $5 Wendy's!"

2nd drive thru was closed, service was decent though.
Ordered a large chili. Was nothing but juice. Burgers and fries were old. When I called the store to let them know I was returning the chili juice whomever answered the phone didn't greet with a thank you for calling Wendy's. The person was screaming at someone using foul language and hung up on me. Do better Wendy's!
This place can’t seem to get anything right. The customer service is horrible, you always have to wait while everyone stands and talk about they personal life. Asked for hot fries, the fries were cold and burnt. Returned to get fresh fries and the lady just stared at me like I was speaking foreign. Shuts the window and everyone has something to say. Had the food been made right the first time I wouldn’t have had to come back. It’s your job to make it right not go back and forth with a customer.
I received molded fruit and the wrong sandwich if, I asked to get the oatmeal bar instead and the oatmeal bar was stale. I was asked to pull over to wait on my chicken(croissant they didn't have any biscuits) waited about 20mins went back in the line to get it and was met with attitude, if anybody should have an attitude it would be me...never again
I didn't want to type a review, but they messed up my order and that was my last straw.There was only one person working drive thru during lunch rush. Then the customer service was very poor. No greeting to the customers. Mean mugging stares. Very rude atmosphere. They handed my order with no "have a great day" or "enjoy" just an stare and awkward silence. Then upon checking my order they didn't even get it right. All I asked for was cheese on my potato and it was plan. Will probably not return until customer service has improved.
Just before bowling we grab dinner & love it: hot, fresh and filling!! I was enjoying my Frosty and had to go back for another!! Delicious?
I usually like this Wendy's but I did a mobile order any they gave me very cold fries on purpose. When I came back him they looked surprised bc they didn't realize the mobile order was for me and not a delivery order.
My order always correct, food is great & hot, fris delicious & salted just right!! ? keep up the good work!
