I wouldnt go to this tacobell after 10pm or when ever night shift crew start. Was stuck in the drive through for 30 minute to be told my mobile order wasn't showing up, after confirming it was at the order box

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. There were people inside and they just let me sit in the drive thru and didn't let me know they were closed at 1pm. This was absolutely rude!
Ordered DoorDash from this location. Unfortunately wish I didn’t because they didn’t get any of the order correct foods freezing and it didn’t sit outside. We got it directly from the delivery guy and they switched out our chipotle chalupa’s for different ones. We ordered soft tacos without lettuce and cheese all of them had it on them. No drinks came with our order either. Basically they just sent us food without reading our order it seems. Very disappointed

Deserves no stars and needs new management or to be shut down. Only one block from my residence and every late night is another excuse- door dash only-register down (multiple times) - no response at all- and best of all tonight was a continuous repeat of thirty minute wait just to get people to leave and when I told her I would wait the woman stated you can’t wait in line. I’ve had enough with this airline blvd location. I witnessed 30 vehicles not be served only turned away in disappointment and wasted time.
Got me and my friends doordash order wrong. When we came to correct it after calling, the staff was rude and uncooperative. They proceeded to get the order wrong twice as we were pulling up to the drive-thru. Would not recommend do not, waste your time
I had ordered a pretty big group order online to be picked up at 5pm, but for some reason it had an earlier time come through to the store. Didn’t matter - the team here all came together and put my order of 40+ items together in no time. I was truly impressed with the care and service. Thank y’all so much! And the teenagers who devoured these thank you as well :)
Everything wrong.. always leave food out.. worst taco bell in Portsmouth.. definitely avoid going here if u can. I definitely won't be back..
I know resturants are short staff, but 30 minutes in the drive thru line was just a bit much. Only 4 car in front of me.
