It's 10:00 there supposed to be open till 12 go to the drive-thru to tell me their closed
I should not have to wait in between windows for employees to "get their time down" at night. I'm aware that you are trying to meet likely unreasonable expectations for fast food service set by unrealistic cooperate demands, however, as a customer I should not have to be made to feel uncomfortable for you to meet said expectations. If I have to fear that by refusing to put my car in reverse, and stay off the timer pad until my food is ready, that you will tamper with my food -then such a practice and request of your patrons is not acceptable.
A little pricey now just for some tacos. But overall not a bad place to get some tacos.
Went today and got a Diet Pepsi, they were out of Diet Mt Dew which isn’t a big deal but inside my diet Pepsis was slimey? And upon removing the lid I found what looks like straight snot. Not the best discovery mid pandemic, left me hoping it was mold and not someone sneezing or coughing over drinks
The absolute worst Taco Bell experience of my entire life!! The food was horrible and inedible . The customer service is non existent. I had a strange item in my food!!!!!!!! I’m soooo irritated.. never again
Lastnight I ordered food, it was HORRIBLE. The steak chalupa was the saltiest thing ever. No sour cream. The beefy 5 layer burrito was old. Had a POTATO in it. A crusty old one at that. The food was disgusting. I wish I could get a refund but they don’t give you a receipt, so it doesn’t do any justice. $35.79 DOWN THE DRAIN. Do better yall! Do better!
every time i go to this location they close before 10 and don’t want to make certain items. they’re so lazy and need new employees and managers.
Very poor service at this location. Ordered 3 orders and nachos with cheese sauce and was given 3 cheese sauces and NO NACHOS! Ordered 2 chicken and cheese soft tacos and was given 2 CHEESE ONLY soft tacos. Who in the h*ll orders a CHEESE taco?!?! My husband didn’t realize the order was wrong until he got home. He also wasn’t given a receipt to even check to see if they charged him correctly. My guess is that they didn’t based on what was actually in the bag. Tried calling multiple times to inform them of their many mistakes but no one would pick up. It sucks because we love Taco Bell and this is the closest one to where we live, but this kind of service will cause us to not eat here anymore. So sad…..
Always tastes good and always open when I get off work late.
This is a KFC Taco Bell combination. This location has declined over the years with a staff that is unprofessional and careless. On two separate occasions they were unable to tell me what came in a combo meal or in an item. Once, they even closed because the employees were in a physical altercation. I’ve made the decision to not visit much due to the employees. Be prepared for long lines as well.
