We received the worse service ever. We walked in and we were not greeted by the lady at the front. She finally takes our order after finishing messing with some money in another drawer.After waiting she didn't even greet us with a hello. She acted like she was doing us a favor to wait on us. She walks to the back standing and then messing with something that looked like a ipad. There were people behind us who stood there waiting the whole time we were waiting and we finally received our food and the people were upset and left because Noone ever acknowledged them or took their order. She said the service was horrible. This was my first time and last time to this store.
Ordered like $30 of food on the online app for pickup and we were missing like a third of our food... still waiting to hear back from reporting it on the app ?
They always mess up orders but this time they burnt 4 grilled cheese burritos. No way it’s accidental when you see that you’ve done this and still give them to customers.
Horrible!!! I made an online order to be picked up at 345. I arrived and my order wasn’t even started. I finally received it at 4:00. And of course it was wrong. Seems to happen more then they get it right. So I asked the young man to fix the items. What do ya know, still can’t get it right. Three people came in to order and left because no one would even acknowledge that they were there. Employees on there phones, cussing about a leaky faucet. Very unacceptable. Not sure whose doing the hiring or training but something needs to change.
I got my grande scrambler and it was almost the size of the palm of my hand with absolutely no fillings. I thought these were supposed to be bigger and stuffed more. Will not be ordered from this Taco Bell ever again.
I ordered from app and they showed me the screen and asked if all items were correct and I stated yes and I didn't get my cinnamon twists. That is awful as I really wanted them. That was on one of their specials boxed item I didn't even.get my box as they they threw everything in one bag......
Basically stole my money when ordering I paid $10.10 the meal was $9.07 i told them nicely but they Basically in a way called me a liar because of no receipt they never gave all I Said was ok and I left soo much for common curtisy
Wanted to try the new chicken wings they've been advertising on TV yesterday which was Sunday. The cashier informed me they have been out since Wednesday and probably won't get anymore. I ordered some other things but made the trip for what was advertised. Disappointed.
My experience this time was alright. I tried the new touch screen self service and it works.It would have been a little better if I were handed my drink order already made simply because my drink choice was on my receipt but not called out as advertised.I would up not remembering my drink choice and grabbing the usual.Root Beer took a hit and I made sure to order 2 old fashioned from Kroger.X-ena?!
The only thing this location is consistent at is getting your order wrong & taking longer than imaginable. Most recent experience was waiting 45 min in the drive thru just to get to the window & find out they never even rang our order up when they tried to give us the order for the car behind us. Time before that we ordered supreme tacos that they did not put any supreme toppings on & never made right
