Guy put my order in completely wrong. I ordered a ham and American cheese sub/grinder with light mayo, lettuce, tomato, and pickles on the side on regular bread, he put the order in as ham sub, when he put it in as ham sub he took multi grain bread no mayo no lettuce no tomato no cheese and no pickles on the side, he took the bread put a couple pieces of ham on it and sent it out to get delivered, then when I called about it he tried to say that I told it to him like that when I did not, I know what I want when I order food, he wouldn't own up to making the mistake he swore and yelled at me and tried to say I placed the order wrong and hung up on me. They are extremely rude and have horrible customer service!
Please don’t eat here ! They have roaches ! I was so disgusted. Health dept please come check this location out . Litteraly was a roach when I went to get some sweet tea and i immediately just dumped my cup out and walked out .Took this photo because the roach actually did not move he was literally relaxed and stayed there not afraid or anything . Food is as expected, but the service may need a little improvement. Wasn’t as professional as I expected, but who am I to determine the level of professionalism at Subway. In simple words, give a smile and show a little empathy.
Good steak and cheese! Add bacon and it's excellent!!
Wonderful customer service and workers move quickly and food is always fresh. I will be back!
