Decent service. Was out of vanilla bean scones. The drive thru is absolutely awful. It’s quite literally dangerous! I’ll never come before 11 if I ever go back.
This location delivers outstanding customer service! I’ve never had a bad encounter at this location. It blew me away so much that I had to call 1-800 STARBUCKS so they could be recognized.
Never had a bad experience coming here, and Heather and Isaac were very helpful and friendly. Definitely love coming here to get my morning pick me ups.
The employee Isaac made my morning. He greeted me and enjoy chit chat while waiting for my order. Starbucks is lucky to have an employee who loves people !
The staff is wonderful, I've met so many caring people. I always get a big hello or I love you. Today I brought my son's dog for her favorite pup cup. She got barky, and I told Kai that my son (pups owner) is away for awhile and she misses him. She asked how I was doing. She touched my heart, the the cup cover was hand written... We love you. She didn't have to do this. Thanks!
I cannot speak highly enough of how much I love this location and the staff. Seriously the sweetest folx work there. I appreciated the note left on my cup this morning. It truly made my day.
Getting into the drive-thru line is somewhat difficult but the employees at this location are the BEST in the area. They are always so nice and take time to chat with you. I work near this location and come here often and have never had a bad experience.
This is a great location, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I come in frequently and always see the same people closing. They seem very tired and overwhelmed, I’ve seen the line really backed up with just two baristas behind the bar. They simply are not being given enough people to manage the high volume traffic. Keep up the great work!
