My husband and I went sometime last week, and was disappointed. Originally went for Ice cream but decided to get food while there. I wish I was exaggerating, the soda was damn near flat, the burgers had been sitting(old), and my fries were overcooked. And for my husband who'd ordered chilli cheese fries, his fries looked undercooked. And on top of all of that, they had no Ice cream... worst experience I've ever had at Sonic. I don't get it, it wasn't even busy when we went.
Went this evening for the first time. Waited over 30 minutes, never got our food. 10 cars behind us were served before anyone took the time to realize we were still waiting. Never again!!
All I ordered was one large reeses shake. Not only did it come after a ten minute wait but it was 99% ice cream.
Our meal took a total of thirty minutes. It was six cars at the drive up. 2 in drive through. After we place order we rang the bell to let the the person know that my husband and I didnt want mustard or pickles on our sandwich..we were told they were backed up with orders and wouldn't be taking any more until 5-10 minutes. Hum i said to my husband..well mind you our order was paid and if we left we would be out of a.meal that cost 24.00$. So once the young lady arrived to the car. We ask her about the sandwich she said , sir i don't make sandwiches but ill take it back and get it remade. Very nice young woman . Then it took another 12 minutes. If only the person taking the orders would have just listen to us when we rang the bell , she didn't..it would have been a lot less complications..i will not ever go back. First time and last time. As for the young woman that bought.our food to our vehicle she was.excellent.
Signs are not aligned correctly so if you drive anything bigger than a minivan it's a tight fit or in some spots you will not fit. Half of the signs do not work either.
A burger and tots a few hours before New Year's Eve was right on time. Several other people were placing orders to count down the last hours of 2021 too. Lol. Drive-in was packed but service was efficient.
This location is awful their employees just don’t care we waited for 20 mins for two slushing with no one in the drive thru! It was only us!!! They never even came out we ended up having to leave!
Omg this location is so slow they need to work on there service you can be waiting in the drive through line for ten minutes waiting for an employee to answer you. I thought I’d was “fast food” so slow here
My burger was good, but my BF's chicken strips were gross!! It was like the oil was so old that the chicken was super greasy and a weird grey color. Also, we couldn't get milkshakes because they said that their milk was expired? What?
Extremely short handed and it was first time every drink I choose was out (I always use order ahead app) but it was ridiculous and I waited 34mins for a 4drinks. Definitely not my usual experience
