First time visiting and definitely won’t be my last! This place is located inside the farm fresh store, but don’t let that deter you. The owner is kind and personable, and the food is to die for! The lobster roll is absolutely amazing! Nothing but lobster and bitter - I’m drooling just thinking about the next time we get to enjoy this treat!
My review is 4.9, the New England CT warm lobster roll was very well made, the lobster was cooked perfectly and just enough butter on a soft bun, simply appetizing!

Michelle serves up the best Lobster Rolls I’ve ever had. They’re so tasty you want to go back and order a second and third before finishing the first one. Her Tropical Smoothies are equally delicious. Highly recommend!
Well I went across the Portsmouth tunnel to try this lobster roll because of all the good comments. I'm thinking it must have been the owner's personal friends because I felt like I was punked. First off it's small as heck..I mean TINY FOR $22. I purchased two for me and my daughter. Lawd yal gotta be honest when writing reviews because it's not even filling like someone else wrote. I'm still hungry and now because of all that butter I got acid reflux. Three bites and it's gone and I took small bites. I admit it was tasty but come on now it's not worth the hype.
The Mango smoothie was ? delicious as well as the ? shrimp roll. A good amount of shrimp on a soft grilled roll with special sauce. Everything is reasonably priced too. I will visit again?
OMG! this is a MUST TRY. Crispy, buttery, flavorful. Every bite i tried to chew slower just bc i wanted to enjoy it longer. I wasn't even really a lobster fan until i ate this! The owner is one of the funniest, most interesting and involved I've met and made the whole experience a joy. It's an expensive treat, and looked small upon first glance but the amount of meat made it extremely filling. we all deserve that moment of bliss. You'll be satisfied.
Michele is the nicest person and her lobster rolls are to die for! So buttery and fresh and melts in your mouth! You want authentic? Then you need to run here and get your grub on!!!!!
