Thank you to the staff and owner of Rita’s Pizza. My two year old niece fell and smacked her head while we were at MoMac Brewery next door. When I came to Rita’s asking for ice to minimize swelling, they told me they didn’t have ice, but would try to come up with something. 4 frozen mozzarella sticks in a baggie did just the trick. Thanks for your compassion and ingenuity!
Rita's makes very tasty pizza at good prices. My grown children go there several times a week and love it!
The pizza is delicious and the hot wings give me a runny nose and the sniffles!!!I highly recommend !!!

Lindsey was very unprofessional. I ordered food on January 19, 2022, and was met with some very unprofessional customer service from a coworker by the name of Lindsey. Initially, I called to place my order over the phone and had asked in the process if it were possible to pay over the phone or if i had to come in to pay. I was met with the response that i have to come in regardless to get the pizza, along with her giggling in the process as if i asked a dumb question. I was well aware that i still had to come in to get the pizza, i was just asking a simple question about the payment method. I had asked the question because my mother was actually coming in to get my order. My mom spoke with a person there who informed her that they rather not do payments over the phone. I am completely fine with that policy however i feel i should’ve been told in a more professional way, instead of being met with sarcasm. Being a person who works in customer service, i firmly believe it’s an appropriate way to say things.

Been coming here since I was a kid. BEST local pizza around.Front staff has gotten a little rude, but the owner has always been friendly and the food is always great!
