Did not know what to expect. Is frozen custard the same as soft serve? I mean, it was cold enough to keep it's form and not melt all over my hand before I finished it. But, it wasn't cold and solid (hard) as some of the soft serve ice cream can be. That made it a bit weird but it was still good. Plenty of options to choose from, simplified menu. Prices are dirt cheap for how much you get. Drive through was fast.
Great custard, very reasonably priced, ample parking, and quick and friendly service. No complaints. We will definitely be back!
The price point is on par with the quality and quantity of the ice cream if not a little bit cheap. This is also a locally owned business which I try to support as much as I can. Very easy to get into and out of, plenty of options even no sugar added. They also have food which I have not tried yet but it is supposed to be very good as well.
MY FIRST TIME HERE! The drive thru and walk-up lines were long!! Thought it would take longer than what it did. The workers were very efficient and effective in getting our order correct and fast! I enjoyed it! ? Would love to go back before I leave Virginia.

Have stopped many times for lunch. Today just got a custard. What can I say. At 11am it was already 90 out. It was perfect. A must when in the Portsmouth area.
A mom and pop shop that serves a unique experience than cooperation chains. The texture is very rich. The drive thru is not setup to be fast so it usually backs up quickly. You can simply walk up and get your order much quicker, however a lot of people rather wait in thier cars?.
I love this place until tonight we went there like we always do I gave my order and there was a simple miscommunication and the girl gave me chocolate custard when I ask for custard with chocolate on it. No big deal I explain and her reply was what bothered me. I explained what I said when I ordered and she replied I didn't say that when I knew I did her only solution was to charge me for the custard that I didn't order then I'd have to purchase the correct one. This was not the only item on my ticket and I support this business as it has a reputation for being a Christian base establishment providing young adults with an opportunity (Job). I ordered a 2 hotdogs, 1 nacho and 4 icecreams and the total was $20!! My daughter got the fruity pebbles ice cream while son got the brownie sundae! The pricing is the best around for amazing ice cream selections!!
