Wow. Based on my experience this morning, I'd just have to give it five stars. We went at 11AM, it was clean, the service was quick. I asked the lady at the counter how her day was going. She said, "terrible, not very good." Which was unfortunate to hear! BUT. Despite her day starting off bad, they produced the tastiest, thickest, juiciest Popeyes chicken sandwich I've ever had. It made my day?.
Went through the drive thru today and the young girl who took my order was very rude, ghetto; disrespectful and wanted to argue because she was frustrated that she was not capable of taking the order and listening. I had to listen twice because I was in shock that she was getting louder and louder. If she would have listened instead of cutting me off twice when I was placing my order, she would have heard the order. When you clock into a business, you bring forth your customer service skills and perform the job description you signed up for when they offered you the job.I’ve never seen such poor service or the lack of disrespect in my life from a sassy young female. It was very embarrassing to see a young person display that character. The behavior was too comfortable, and If she behaves like that she should have already gotten counseled. When people are paying their money, they deserve to be treated with satisfaction and not be shocked with disrespect and a rude attitude. You can’t go into anyone business with the attitude displayed today and not expect a performance feedback or termination. Customer service and professional development needs to be taught when hiring young people in businesses and they also need to learn outside conversations can be heard on the drive thru speaker. District managers should do random visits to stores and go through the drive thru to score customer service.
3/18/22 coming home so tired.Stopped at Churchland location ordered 2three pc dinners.Drink strawberry lemonade and tea.Get to the window No tea at all. Get home chicken is super DRY and we don't live around the corner.waste of $23 and of course they never give you a receipt.Too tired to drive all the way back to Churchland
If I could give zero stars I would. In reality I would give a -10.Worse Popeyes in the location. I asked for 10 chicken wings and the cook said “hell no, I’m not making anymore”.Well, they just lost my business for good. I’ll drive 30 miles to find a different store.
believe the bad reviews this place is not the Popeyes chicken you know! Everything taste like its stretched to the last bit no flavor at all!!! they didn't have pretty much anything on they menu dont go here!!!
The Popeyes in Churchland is the worst. Bad customer service, the cashiers always have attitudes and you never can get what you want. Not wasting my time coming to this location anymore…
I used the drive up line.I waited so long to place my order at the menu board that I gave up and just drove up to the pickup window and STILL had to wait to place my order.The food is good but the service is poor at this location.
This location needs new management. Couldn’t even tell if the chicken was spicy or mild by the look of it because it was so over cooked. The outside was dark colored and the inside was dry. $45 down the drain.
Unprofessional lady at the drive thru. I ordered rice and beans but was given mashed potatoes. They are always out of items. This store needs a major shake down. I know they will never have the professionalism of a Chick fil-a but strive for it at least.
Not sure what is going on here but, the manager was very rude to an employee who asked if he could take his break. She was using profanity infront of the customers and that is soooo unprofessional. The service was ok, the food was good.
