Straight TRASH!!!Where is my sauce??? But this isn’t the first time.. Ghetto at it’s finest
I wanted to order the Detroit pizza. Placed order online, then received a call from the local store that said they were out of the crust for that pizza, did I want something else. I told them to just cancel my entire order. They need to do a better job of making sure their stock is sufficient. On a subsequent online order, I was offered curbside pickup, which I chose to do. When I arrived at the store and checked in, I was told they weren't doing curbside after dark - - even though my car was less than 3 feet from their front door. I was told I would have to come into the store to get my order. I have a bad back and bad hips which makes walking painful. But I went inside to get my food. Now I have to say that the food was good. It was hot and prepared as I ordered it. My only complaint with this order is that the curbside offer was rescinded after I placed my order.
our order according to app was to be delivered at 554pm i called around 608 to inquire about the order and a nice gentleman told me they left 10 min ago and should be to my house shortly and if anything was missing or cold to call back. The driver arrived and we received our 2 pizzas no wings (2 orders). so she said she would go back and get them. Meanwhile I opened the pizza and there was hardly any cheese, the buffalo chicken was very dry no sauce. So I called in and a lady answered she said that we would have to wait an hour for the wings to come out to us and as for the pizza there was nothing she could do. She was very rude, I asked for a manager and she stated she was the manager. She hung up on us!! I had 9 guests at my house and some went without eating because it was so horrible. The driver was really sweet she came back with the wings which we were surprised. So I command her, but the manager was horrible this was almost $70 for nothing. This was around 6pm 10/3/2021 at the Victory blvd pizza hut in Portsmouth, va office. Thank you
Deliver the order on time not 15 minutes late. The Caucasian delivery driver with the blue hair was excellent. The food was even great!
The driver seemed offended and plopped the pizza on the porch. The instructions stated no contact. I figured she would appreciate it and be OK with that because I informed her that there was covid in our house. I was surprised she got offended when I was trying to protect her. All the grocery delivery people have been grateful for me doing it this way. I was a bit taken aback that she got offended that I was protecting her. Also they forgot the plates I called about.
The service was quick. Plus out pizza's were delicious too
I enjoyed the food, and the quality in how it was delivered. It got here at the right time, and the delivery person was nice
Giving thumbs UP to the Pizza Hut on Victory Blvd in Portsmouth, Va. I got to say the service and food was great. I was greeted with a friendly hello and asked did I already place my order. I told him my order number and he said it was ready, WOW i was out in 2minutes, Got home with my order The Big Dinner Box, made it my way, the food was hot and the family were happy full!Job well done PIZZA HUTThanks, Greg
Make my pizza the way I requested. Requested light sauce and there was so much sauce, I had to eat my toppings first, then skim off sauce, and then eat the rest of the pizza. Delivery was excellent, however, a smile would be nice. He seemed very unhappy. :0)
It took them one hour to make a pizza... I had to wait for 45 minutes for a pizza that was ordered 15 minutes earlier. They definitely to care more about their customers. At the store, there was no sense of urgency; everyone was chilling.
