Ordered a pizza at 8. Was told at 9:30 that there was only one delivery driver but was promised he was on his way. Order cancelled without my knowledge or any sort of notification. I called the store at 11 trying to figure out the situation and the person who answered the phone, while not rude, briskly let me know it was refunded while offering zero apologies or explanations. I get being short staffed. I'm an understanding person, just cancel it and give me a heads up if that's what's needed.
The Pizza Hut on victory boulevard in Portsmouth Virginia sucks because they did not get the right pizza sent to me they did not call me to let me know anything they just decided to make a pizza and bring to me that I did not order and then when I called to correct the order they hung up on me three times and we finally somebody answered the phone and I got to talk to somebody the man was rude and didn't even answer the question that I asked him. And not only that but they didn't refund any of my money and they still ended up charging me the full amount for the pizza that I did not even get with the crust that I ordered
Ghetto with a capital G. Don't waste your time or money. The staff was disgusting they kept hanging the phone up on me. It took 24 mins for me to get a refund. The staff is in need of customer service training. Just a hot mess.
I ordered wings and pizza. The wings had a soapy taste to them and even though I requested light sauce no sauce was detected which made the pizza dry.
The store has gotten remodel in the front and it looks great. The staff was very nice and my pizza was very good, fresh and hot.
They are pretty fast at getting your order up and served. Although it is a pick up and delivery, they make good pizzas and I would recommend this eater to everyone. Good location, good prices.
Ordered pan but received hand tossed. Too much sauce. Waited an additional 17 minutes past promised time for the wrong pizza. Late from lunch break.
Provide the pizza per the order. I ordered two personal pan pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni. I received the cheese pizza as ordered, the second pizza was a sausage and what appeared to be anchovies. I’m thoroughly disappointed.
When I got home with the pizza, there were two baby roaches crawling around the pizza box on the passenger seat. I don’t have roaches in my car. Maybe work on the cleanliness of the store and more secure location for pizza boxes that are not being used. Ended up throwing the pizza away. Waste of $20.
Ensure the accuracy of all services that you offer. (Ex curbside service) Also your supervisor could work on her professionalism also. She was rude & displayed a nonchalant attitude.
