Ordered the New York Style pepperoni pizza and delivery was 10 minutes earlier than quoted. Also, pizza arrived piping hot and loaded with more pepperoni than expected. The special pricing discount made the cost lower than regular specialty pizzas. I have not had any problems so far with this location and very satisfied with the staff that receives my order and delivery drivers..
Every time you call this place they put you on hold. But they don’t put you on hold for just a few minutes. So this last time (tonight) they had me on hold for over 7 minutes which is how long it took me to drive from my house to this particular store. When I arrived they had loud music playing, the workers were joking and smoking, which one of them was climbing all over the soda cooler to the left as soon as you walk in. So sanitation needs some work. Guy making pizzas had his mask down. I counted seven workers (one climbing on soda machine stacking two liters, one was dancing and joking with her boyfriend, one was making pizzas, and the rest were standing around doing nothing. However, they did take my order as soon as I came walked in. But everybody was having too much of a good time to take me off hold and take my order over the phone.
Pizza was burnt and took longer than normal but a new pizza was made and it was perfect.
Someone ate out of our delivery order and they wouldn’t issue a refund because they didn’t eat enough out of the order!
Store says hours updated 1 week ago by business, just tried to place a pickup order at 1012pm and was told carryout is closed for the evening. Listed as of one week ago as pickup until 1055pm.
Very slow & I will do my best to never go there again.Took 15 min to do a gift card. And only manager knew how to do it.
Despite being only about 2 minutes from my house the delivery driver had 7 other stops to make before mine pizza time in total for 1 medium pizza and 1 drink is taking over an hour for delivery, DO NOT DO DELIVERY THEY CHARGE LIKE 8 DOLLARS ON TOP OF THE TIP AND DONT EVEN DELIVER PROMPTLY TO A LOCATION RIGHT DOWN THE STREET.
Pizza was cold and I was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. It was here in 30 minutes
Horrible next time will buy a frozen pizza only order from them when I need to for personal reasons but this might be the last time really bad cant even eat it
