I used the mobile app for this order. I pulled into a numbered spot. The time was 7:00 the app said my order would be out in 5 minutes. 16 minutes later nothing. I see a employee standing in the door smoking a cigarette. I pull up and ask were they bringing food out for mobile orders. He said no you have to use the drive through. Smh! I get to the window, and the young lady apologized and said “We were going to bring it out. It was still cooking”. I only gave two stars because the food was hot. The time was 732 when I got my food.
Says it's 24 hours. Has workers inside who acknowledged us outside. They proceeded to turn off the drive thru light and not take our order. Not very professional at all.
Not understanding, asked for sausage biscuit meal and received a McDuffin with sausage with cheese via drive thru. In addition, my coffee was not hot. Hope for better service on the next visit. 2 stars because I did get food and coffee.
This place SUCKS ,my food was cold fries were soggie and STILL NO MILKSHAKES OR ICECREAM dam they just cant do right i always give them a chance but always regrete it when i get home its always way cold or wrong or no ketup or sauce!!!!

Place wasnt even that busy. Having work at a McDonalds before I know how long it takes to make a double cheeseburger. Spoiler alert ? It doesnt take 20 minutes. At least I got my fries and sauce.
They just opened after the remodel and nothing's changed. Old & cold Fries lightly carbonated drinks, sloppy sandwiches and rude staff!!

Missing my large fries. Given three double burgers instead of one triple and two doubles. I will say that I did receive my mcflurrys with extra Oreo and they were done perfectly. It's hella disappointing though when the burgers were also discovered to be old, dry, and wrong.
