I don't expect much from fast food joints, I stop there only out of convience. Today i stopped in to grab something before an appointment. Placed my order at 12:11 and got my order at 12:40. When I asked to just get a refund after 25 minutes of waiting the cashier told me she just took my order. It was about 12:35 when we conversed and told her the recept time was 12:11. She then told me that i need to be patient and they are only human and i need to calm. I am a pretty calm and rational person but the responce really got me angry. As i got to the point i had to leave without my lunch after I paid for it another employee came running up to me with my order and apologizing. I regret chosing this resturant and wont come back again.
McDonald's should consider keeping the lounge open on Sundays. The McDonald's app has some great deals. Their ice cream is good. At that price you should sit down and eat a few cones. I noticed that the crew could do a slightly better job checking the counter in case a customer wants a refill. They pay closer attention to the orders on the screen. I miss getting my own refills. A good selection on the menu.
My food is always accurate and right temperature, However I learned a costly lesson by using my business card at this location. No one tries to figure out what's going on with the receipt machine so you may possibly get a clearly printed receipt or you may get a piece of paper that's extremely difficult to read. During that experience for me I requested a manger to help their employee with the machine, and I was forced to wait 40 min; It was nowhere near rush hour might I add. The manger that day was irritated that waited and there was no resolve; just an excuse that they 'can't print receipts at this location '. That transaction cost me getting a 1099 from my employer because I could not show valid proof of purchase. Now I never go to this location if it's business related, just only for an occasional quick coffee grab, when Starbucks or Wawa is too backed up, and I never use a card for the transaction.
Normally uses mobile ordering and not having meals ready for pickup. They are making their numbers seem better than what they are by doing so. Normally has items missing from orders
One of the good ones around here. The food came out hot and fresh with some grade A service to follow suit. The line moved steady and yes that sprite still slaps.
What can i say, its McDonalds. Food will be hot, itll be good, and fries will be hot, sometimes! I don't understand how the drive thru line is backed up with cars but the fries be cold and the nuggets dried and lifeless. As you all know micky d's nuggets and fries are impossible to eat when not served piping hot. Other than making me drive to the "other" window for an ice tea with lemon only to be told there is no lemon. This is the south, how is there is no swee tea with lemon? How about opening the dining room? One more thing, this store serves breakfast all day.
This message is to the owner of this location named Shawana.This location is a complete ATROCITY and ABOMINATION.On this day 3/14/2022 at 11pm, I came to your establishment to pick up a grubhub order. As always, all 10 plus of your employees were standing around inside laughing with a completely empty drive thru and stated to me and another driver that they don't have any orders ready with a smirk. They were all just having a party not doing any work AT ALL!!!! They came to the window twice laughing saying no orders were prepared. This is extremely ghetto and unprofessional. The chubby girl with the curly orange hair should be pumping gas or sweeping trash. I know a few ppl looking for honest work, she's not one of them. I'm declining all future orders from your establishment
I ordered 2 fish filet meals super-sized.I received regular size with half the ? missing.I was told I ordered regular.I confirmed that I DID NOT ORDER REGULAR MEALS, BUT SUPER-SIZED.The young lady asked, "What's that?"Is it that I am in a new eara?Has a new age come to pass?One of "What's that?"Well, I know what. It will be a while before I stop again..Food was McDonald's and par for course.
Employees are for most part rude ,young and unfazed by customers and Delivery drivers wait as they still horse play and get loud about whatever is being talked about and when approached its as if you are interrupting something else.. just unnecessary and unprofessional
This is, the WORST McDonald's I have EVER been to. Not only did they mess up our order, but they took our messed up order after we took it out if the bag and gave to the person it was supposed to give it to. During Covid of all things. The manager gave us the middle finger and told us we can order from somewhere else. Unbelievable! We had to send our driver to go inside and conduct diplomacy just to get our order. This was the MANAGER. If she can't handle messing up an order, she needs to be replaced. Please find a new manager to raise the standards of this McDonald's or else you will continue to lose customers. I'm angered and disappointed in the leaders of this establishment. I am sure others would agree, find a new manager.
