The tall new guy with an accent helped me, and a bunch of customers all by himself. He was awesome. He was making, baking, slicing, boxing, and giving the food to the customers all by himself. He managed everything so professionally and stated cool under all that pressure. I was very impressed and I hope LC will pay him good to keep him there. He's one of the best employees that store ever had.Plus, our ICB and Slices & Stix were made perfectly.
Ordered online, I showed up 30 min later, no pizza, she said she didn't have an order with my name on it. I showed her my receipt on the app and the email, now I am waiting with four other people. At least two cooks in the back and a person on register. They have my money, give me my pizza. Doesn't make any sense why they didn't get my order it makes me not trust the app anymore. Won't be coming back here for a while.
Was told pizza was be 10 min, turned into 45min. Seems as if some of the team member were getting confused about the orders.
My pizza is good every time I only wish it would be taken out of the oven maybe 1 or 2 minutes earlier I don't want any dark cheese it will become hard.
I can't call it, but the pie that I just got is daggone delicious! I started out a little irritated, cuz the lady rang me up and just walked off without telling me anything. Then a 2nd girl ask me a question and walked off. I finally was able to tell a guy I had no idea what was going on and he got me my pie. But, I'm gonna overlook all of that this time cuz dang, this thing is super yummy today!
Guy was working very hard to keep up with the front end... Just wanted to get a hotNready but none were ready to go so I ordered a simple 3meat pizza even left a 5dollar tip and was told 10-15 min. 20 minutes later I go back in to get my pizza and the guy who took my order and my tip didn't have my ordered pizza nor did he remember me... He asked me then for my name to which I told him and pointed out that he never asked me my name when I placed the order... He walked away saying nothing and went to the back came back up front started boxing other orders for about another 4-5 minutes gave others there pizzas took another costumers order all the while I was there standing waiting patiently for a response about my missing order... Finally I asked him about it and he says it was going to be 10 minutes.. Ok I waited.. Got my pizza and went home to realize that I was given a half cooked meal... Last 2 times I've ordered from this location I've had bad experience with the personnel and the food making me feel sick.Beware
The manager is trying but needs customer service training. Staff stood paralyzed because of leadership style. My order was awful and so was her interaction. People in the ghettos would like good service too.
I went in around 630 They have super crowded the young man greeted all customers with a smile and the young lady with the braids made sure all customers were helped. I was scared my pizza was not going to turn out well because they were busy well they fooled me.. The pizza was hot and super delicious. then need a day off for the good service they provided!!! I really enjoyed the food tonight Thank you for the service!!! what a pleasant team !!!
Used to be 5 stars for us but they have gotten to where they don't cook the pizza long enough or their oven isn't cooking at the same temp anymore
