Just an over all bad experience ever since that new company took over this location. Whoever owns Tidewater Pie should have never sold it.EDIT: I've been back cause it may have been a fluke. I was wrong, I've even heard the old mgmt team from Tidewater Pie days have/had walked on this new company so that should tell you everything right there if from GM to shiftlead all walk. I'll go to pizza hut b4 going back to this location or the Tyre Neck (also former Tidewater Pie location)
The Little Caesars on Turnpike Rd is ridiculous. I've had 3 Doordash drivers go to pick up my order tonight that originally took an hour but 2 hours later, it still wasn't ready. And my 2nd driver asked or tried to ask how long it would be, and they got a nasty attitude towards him & then just stopped answering customers. I placed the order at 7:37pm & it's now 10:18pm, still no pizza. I have 2 little ones to feed & put to bed so now I'm beyond upset. Canceled my order and won't be ordering from there again.
Horrible service, I literally stood in line watching the workers play in the back , literally making eye contact and not even acknowledging anyone for a good 5-8 minutes. I had to yell to the back just for someone to come to help the guy in front of me and then leave. The guy with the plaits/locs clearly was overwhelmed because he was the only one working. I didn’t even leave with my order because who wants to stand in lil Caesars all night .
Worst customer service ever after placing an order at 5:30 an hour and a half later no pizza and contacted by door dash stating the order was not even there for them to pick up when contacting this location we were told the order was filled and placed in their box and either we picked it up or the door dash people picked it up. After having contacted Little Caesars corporate office we're informed that they did accept the order through their portal and then canceled it after contacting DoorDash DoorDash showed that they had not accessed the box to receive such order The general manager at this location inform me that they were not going to fill the order again and if we wanted food we'd have to place another order after implying that we had picked up the food or the doordash people had to shift the blame from their locations inadequacies and then capabilities he then commenced in hanging up on me worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life
The dough was raw in the center. I understood why someone threw their pizza across the parking lot after I got home and realized the pizza they gave me was not the Batman Calzoni I ordered nor was it even cooked, the dough was raw towards the center of the pizza.
It used to be great, but seems to be having problems now. When things go well, I get decent pizzas hella cheap and quick. The last couple times were total nightmares though. Ended up with crazy long wait times, wrong orders, and undercooked food. I recommend ordering when there isn't a rush, they seem to be understaffed.
Used to be good. Has gone way downhill. Got the most pathetic looking pizza ever. No pepperoni on some slices, no cheese on some of it, looks like it slid to one side. Puffy crust on one side, not on the other, I wish it would let me add a photo because this is pathetic. I would be embarrassed to hand this to a customer. Definitely not an extra most bestest as was ordered. Oh, not to mention they gave no receipt & employees were literally wearing bedroom slippers while working. EDITED TO ADD: when we went to cut the pizza that was not cut all the way thru, we realized that the dough was raw underneath & on parts of the crust. My husband graciously drove back to have it fixed & came back with Wendy's instead because although the initial lady who he spoke with said they would remake it, as soon as she went to the back a combative male employee (the one who initially rang up the order) came up, threw the pizza on the counter towards my husband & proceeded to berate him & try & argue with him loudly in a crowded lobby. Telling my husband that what he was saying was untrue & that the dough was cooked & that's how their pizzas always look, etc etc. Extremely poor representation for this restaurant. Obviously at this point, my husband did not want any other food prepared by this individual. Corporate will be notified.
How is it over an hour wait on hot and ready pizza on a Saturday night??? Y’all need to get it together seriously. Or just take hot and ready off the sign. Cause y’all are HOT AND LAZY!
So I've tried to call for the last 30 minutes to make a serious complaint, phone busy this whole time. Came home and there are 3 roaches chowing on my pizza. Might wanna answer your phone or im calling health and safety. Pic only shows 2 cuz 1 ran when I opened box.
