This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location and I’ll probably never go back, today I went around 11:35am I placed my order at the drive through which went fine but when I got to the window the girl with the bright pink hair that she was wearing in a pony tail was very rude. She didn’t greet me at all, just told me my total when I went to give her my number for rewards she was rude about that also, she told me I had “loyalty rewards” and I told her yeah it’s a free dozen and she very rudely with an attitude interrupts what’s I was going to say and tells me “yeah that’s what I just said it’s loyalty rewards.” I understand that we all have our bad days and we don’t feel like dealing with the public but you could at least act like you enjoy your job. You work in customer service, that’s what you’re supposed to do. I wish I would have gotten the gentlemen at the window that all these other reviews are about.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts. These donuts are always fresh and so delicious. It is a must go to place. I highly recommend this place.
The girl at the drive thru window was so nice and had a great smile. The donuts were great too! Best Krispy Kreme in the area!

The young man who works the window in the mornings is so nice. Every time I come through with my dog he speaks to him. He’s always smiling & pleasant. I’m always happy when I see him at the window. Oh & of course the donuts are amazing.
Of course they have good donuts, but I'd like a little bigger selection; like donuts with nuts, chocolate donuts with chocolate cream, etc... What they have is good though... I'd like to see higher energy from the workers, they are good though
I pulled into the drive-through this week at 6:30 in the morning and asked the young man at the window what time he got to work he said very politely and promptly 440 this morning ma’am. I told him I was headed to work this morning and tell everybody that we needed to step up our game because Tavon was at work at 4:40 in the morning. When you see people that are willing to get up at 4:40 in the morning to make donuts you are seeing fabric of our society and those people that don’t mind getting it in to get the job done. Thank you Tavon for reminding me that a lot of people do you have excellent work ethics and that I’m not the only one out here grinding every day In Portsmouth Virginia

The staff were friendly and fast and extremely helpful with my order. The donuts were fresh and my order was made perfectly, will definitely be going back!
