Much better than the last time I noticed the chicken was cooked with the spices a lot better could really taste the original recipe and see it on the chicken
Wanted some chicken ordered all original dark meat and they were telling me they were all out of hot wings don't know what that had to do with my ordering of original chicken but I walked out will not be back to do business there. they were clucking around the register
Drive thru was efficient, friendly staff, hot fresh Beyond Nuggets.
The drive threw lady was very rude wouldn’t let me finish my order and had a bad attitude I will drive the extra 5 minutes to the better one i hope this one closes down it’s always awful service
Original recipe is not the same,no seasoning, expensive, 8pc for $18. Poor customer service.

Very short staffed. Took forever to get order which I did on the app to avoid the drive thru line. Waited for 45 minutes
We didn't receive everything we ordered and the cashier at the window said that everything was correct in the bag!
Last 2 visits I’m 5th car in drive thru ! In line 6:45 pm 1/3/22 took 30 min to get up to the window Food not ready at 7:15 ! Exact same thing 1/1/22 same time! I skipped the drinks to save them time ! Got food home , with No utensils And not as ordered! 1 time a problem is ok ! 2 times it’s time to go elsewhere!
I ask for extra gravy on my famous bowl and don’t get any gravy at all smh. Ask for a Pepsi and it tastes and smells awful! Very strong “different” smell coming from drink. To the point I was scared to even drink it. Asked for a biscuit and didn’t get that either. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but after visiting this place at least twice a week and they still can’t get it together, causes for a review
