The food here is generally good. Since it's a KFC, and Taco Bell combo place, I usually get taco bell
Came to order over an hour before closing and 2 cars was ahead ordering. We got to the window and they told us they were closed.
This is a KFC Taco Bell combination. This location has declined over the years with a staff that is unprofessional and careless. On two separate occasions they were unable to tell me what came in a combo meal or in an item. Once, they even closed because the employees were in a physical altercation. I’ve made the decision to not visit much due to the employees.
MOST HORRIBLE KFC EVERUNPROFESSIONAL STAFFFOOD TASTED LIKE IT WAS COOKED IN OLD GREASE, NO FLAVOR!!
About 3 weeks ago I ordered a 12-piece meal of EXTRA crispy chicken. All the chicken was original and the chicken breast were no bigger than the palm of a small hand , the wings were non-existent (meaning no meat), and everything was greasy. Once I got home I dropped the food off inside for my family and went back out to finish some work in the yard. When I came back in the house my husband told me the chicken was NOT extra crispy so I called the store to inform them. I asked for the manager. The manager said she would give me 8 free pieces of extra crispy chicken not sure what happen to the other 4 pieces. 8 plus 4 =12. During this same visit I saw an employee come into the building walk around and then after about 5 minutes or so she/he started serving food without washing her/his hands. This person also wiped their hand across their face and then proceeded to push back her/his hair with their hand. After all of this, the person started making food without gloves.They then would come up front take orders and go back to make food with no gloves on. Tonight I went to get my free chicken and no one knew what I was talking about. They also said I'd have to have the receipt which I was not told that from the manager that told me to come back and get my free extra crispy 8 piece chicken (-4 pieces). Luckily, when I got home I was able to find the receipt because I keep all receipts that are paid with credit cards. Tonight I placed an order for a 2 piece extra crispy chicken meal. My husband says the chicken was extra dry and really wasn't good. He again did not finish the chicken from here. I also ordered Nacho Bell Grande or whatever it's called, about 15 minutes into eating I got sick and started throwing up. It almost 11:10 tonight and I'm still sick. I decided to freeze the nachos that I stopped eating in case we need to go to the doctor or something. I will never go back to the store again.
My sons food had a glob of hair in it. It was almost like they got his sandwich out of the trash can.
Food was horrible. My chicken was cold and tough. My mashed potatoes were cold and my biscuit was hard. Everytime I come here it’s gross. I’ll drive the extra 10 mins to go to another Taco Bell or KFC. It’s horrible. Waste of money.
Staff was extremely determined not to take orders at the counter, manager on duty and another employee both were very careful to ignore us asking if we could order from where they were in the back of the prep areaMy companion was hungry so she decided to order, but they made it very clear that we weren't wanted here and I don't like going places where people directly show us that they do not want us there.
Was disappointed, KFC chicken isnt as good as it used to be.
Not sure which was worse. Grub.hub delivery or the food they delivered. 3 piece order missing..2 piece had salty mashed potatoes and what they call macaroni and cheese not that my order had any macaroni and cheese in the first place. Did get 2 drinks which were warmer then the food. Never again
