Never fails at this location, you have some of the nastiest attitude employees I've seen in Portsmouth and that's saying A LOT! Wait 20 minutes for a sandwich (which they also got wrong) and get an attitude along with it. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!! Manager has to be just as horrible for allowing that kind of attitude to paying customers and be stupid enough to think we're coming back with our money.....

I went to this restaurant 3 deferent times they always say they don’t have any food I don’t know why the restaurant still open
Yeah don’t bother going to this place, they never have anything including any sides and when you go through the drive thru the cashiers are always rude
To have to see someone pull up beside me 10min after I had already been sitting there waiting on my order for at least 10min...and they get their food before me!?!? And I walk in to get a refund and my food still had to be made...after 20min? This ain't rocket science, but yet this job is to hard for the people there. Don't waste your money and most of all your time.
Countless times my husband and I have visited this restaurant to order food and it is by far the worst excuse for KFC ever; sure they use the original recipe but deep fry the chicken instead of pressure cooking, if I want regular fried chicken I’d cook it my self, customer service is subpar, no greeting in the drive through, feel like person taking orders is going through the motions and not thinking about customers coming to your establishment is one of the reasons why they earn a paycheck. I blame the management and owner for these issues. Employees will only do what you allow. My money is earned with sweat and oftentimes aggravation but never will my customers experience my own personal feelings because I do value them and would not ever make them feel unwelcome and that they are not worth my time. I will never revisit this location, would rather wait two hours in the drive thru at Chick Filet because my food would be outstanding plus customer service is world class there and they value each and every customer.

Great People Doing somewhat a good job needs to be a little faster with doordash orders and drive thru but over all there okay at this kfc
