The food was good and the service was fast, however the employee who took our order was rude, impatient and badgering. I told him I don’t come here often and he had a snarky attitude towards my question. I wanted to dine in, but the moment was blown. Maybe I’ll try again another time.
The JJ crew today was awesome! Friendly, fun and my #9 ITALIAN NIGHT CLUB: SALAMI, CAPICOLA, HAM & PROVOLONE onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, oil & vinegar, & oregano-basil AND #10 HUNTER’S CLUB DOUBLE ROAST BEEF & PROVOLONE lettuce, tomato & mayowe're delicious ?!! THANKS JJ Team!

This store holds true to their commercial for providing extremely fast service. They have an express parking spot directly in the front of the store and I promise you won’t be there no longer than 4 minutes. The staff here is mostly young adults but they are polite and respectful. There’s limited seating throughout the building but the best seats available are at the front of the store by the huge window. I recommend getting the #11 add oregano and oil and vinegar and don’t forget the CHOCOLATE COOKIES!
Ordered veggie sandwich online. Sandwich was horrible. It was made total opposite of what I ordered. A customer trust that they have a quality made sandwich for the funds paid. Weds. Dec 29
More mayo than I expected or wanted but still really good for the proce
I called on Monday 09/20/21 to order my lunch for delivery. My call was answered by Brett and all that I can say is that if all calls were like this one, the world would be a better place! The amount of courtesy, professionalism and customer service that I received was SUPERB!!! I hope that by some chance Brett comes across this review, even though I gave him his accolades before we hung up. GREAT JOB BRETT!!! YOU ARE THE BEST ?
I arrived at 7:52, was told they were closed. When asked an employee what time they usually they closed I was told 8pm
Jimmy John's used to have awesome customer service when I lived down town it was the place to go. I just so happened to stop by today no hello when I entered, the wait was long, they ran out of ham the order given to me was wrong. To many people are behind the counter not engaged with customers acting like they don't know what to do or care at all for their job. I was confused. I felt like I went to a cafeteria that only makes sandwiches.
Brandon.... was very organized and precise even though they were busy. I appreciate that. Food was good as well.
