Service was horrible. Waited over 15 minutes to just order my food INSIDE. Nobody was in front of me and there were 3 employees behind the counter. My burger was not very well cooked and it was cold because they could not figure out which burger was mine. (I didn’t add or subtract anything from my burger). All of this while a regional or district manager was there. 7-8 employees in the store, one of which was a regional/district manager, and still had horrible service.
Set at the window for a whole 5minutes without any acknowledgment. Drove around ask was the drive thru speaker working. No one said anything it just had continuously a clicking noise. I informed the rude young lady and she said”Well go around again if you want to order”. Instead of the other two people taking order the were playing with Game blunt wraps.
I love their pork chops and gravy biscuit. I did the drive through. They have very good sweet tea
I've always said Churchland Hardees breakfast group was hard to beat, good food, good customer service, eye contact and tells me to have a nice day, etc.. BUT a couple of Sunday mornings ago, Hardees broke an ALL TIME RECORD.... from making my order at.the drive thru- to pulling up to the window- getting my food and driving away was approx. 45 seconds... WOW! And it was the right order and I still got the same great service
Waited 30 mins for breakfast 10:00am on a Monday morning. My chicken biscuit sat in the bag, on the line for 15 mins directly in front of hash brown bin that were done. . All the bag needed was hash browns. All my food is cold and it took 30 mins. Terrible management.
Clean and great service. Got what I ordered how I ordered it. Go there whenever I work in that area
Great Hardees! i Love Hardees and Carls Junior. They have the Hardee's burger and it is amazing! I would eat inside if they7 open it. bathrooms used to be clean which is a plus. If they had a playground im sure they would have more people here. If you want a great burger come to this Hardee's.
About a 10 min wait after they told me to pull up to the end. But the cashier was super nice which is my usual experience. They almost alway get my order correct so I dont mind waiting for a few minutes for fresh food.
There have been multiple times that I have visited this location because it’s close to my daughters school. The drive-through is always jampacked to the road. So this time I decided to go inside. That did not make it any better because there were so many customers waiting in line. It took every bit of 20 minutes before an associate even addressed me. And when she did she stated that she would be with me in one minute and that took about five more minutes. I watched the staff bag items with their bare hands and touch the counter in the register and that is very unclean. Cross contamination . I witnessed staff members walk from the back of the store not wearing masks or facial coverings. And when the associate finally addressed to me she was so rude. She was taking orders and bagging orders. And I asked her for a receipt, she said you will get your receipt when you get your food. I don’t know if this is some type of new policy but I usually get my receipt prior to receiving my food and many other establishments. And when she finally called my order I was unclear and I asked was it the menu items, and she said you would know if you ordered it I don’t know. That was so unprofessional. I again asked her for my receipt and she slid the bag And walked off. When we received our drink cups they were Styrofoam cups that look like they were from the hospital. I was disgusted. And didn’t understand why it took forever to order my food service was terrible and I realize why they have so many hiring signs around the building.Terrible My daughter asked to go there because she likes their Breakfast and it was close to her school but never again
The food was always a sinfully treat , however the service needs to be retrained or replaced , one doesn't need to go here for attitude. There's a plethora of other restaurants to dine in , hopefully lesson learned .
