Your sweet tea in the morning seems to always be flat. When I stop for breakfast before work I been there so many times check you SWEET tea. And service seems to be slow
I feel if you use a coupon that is good for the next 2 months. It should be honored and the price on the coupon should be good or don't accept the coupon at all.
Again I tried the 8 piece meal Sunday, I got expired cole slaw, gravy was not made correct it was jello. I tried to call to complain, phone was busy for hour gave up. This was the 23rd of January 2022
The visit was relatively quick.... super nice and proficient cashier/ server (I think her name is Makayla)... She was nice and loud, eye contact and MOST OF ALL when she said, "THANK YOU, have a nice day, she looked me in the eyes and said it... My order was right, food was good, reasonably priced... It is a cold night, but everything is flowing nicely!
You need to tell someone as they are ordering if their will be a longer than expected wait time for an item. Hardly no one in line and was asked to pull up to the side I ordered a and I mean a chicken biscuit. This has to be the worst harder’s in all of Hampton roads. Save your money and try Bojangles they will actually tell you if something needs to be waited on. Oh yes and I am now waiting over 20 mins for a chicken biscuit. Ok update got my food 23 mins after I paid and guy you have to change the oil in the fryers it’s 9am their is no way the oil should be this bad. 7/31/2021 Clean your Fryers its gross that you serve food out of this place 12/31/2021 why do I keep coming back here thanking anything will be different 30 minutes wait for 5 tenders with no one in line and no one inside what kind of fast food place are you running?
My burger was fresh just too much mayonnaise. My chicken was nice and fresh. The team was friendly and polite. Thank You.
Lady taking order at drive thru was rude as hell!! Fried Chicken had no seasoning and wasn't crispy and I think they gave me overdone biscuits on purpose. They Never give utensils and act bothered if you ask for ketchup. The ladies are rude every time I've came thru the drive thru. Mashed potatoes were watery again and so was Mac n cheese. Not returning.
Just wanted to stop at an old stomping ground to try the chili hot dog. The product as kind of salty to taste. The chili should be at least noticed and not blend.
Terrible service! Ordered the Big Hardee combo and it was cold! Fries were cold and hard! This is the 2nd time I've had an issue! Once before I ordered the Chicken sandwich combo, when it was new, and my chicken was raw on the inside! I don't know what the problem is here, but DON'T EAT THERE!!!!!!!!!
I visited the Portsmouth blvd store after seeing on the internet that they open at 5 am. Well I got there at 4 50 am and there was a worker outside in the drive thru who didnt say a word to me. I expected to wait until the drive thru opened at 5 am. at 5 am the lights immediately came on and I waited an additional 10 minutes. I pulled around to the drive thru window and said HELLO...I could see a large woman in the office....see said nothing. I pulled around to the drive thru and at 5 13am she finally said "we close, open at 6'" finally I asked her why she or the man in the drive thru lane didnt tell me this, she informed me "she didnt have to tell me nothin" and gave her name, imcorrectly when asked as "noneya" as in Noneya damn business. I told her I would definately report her and I know that Hardees and Carl Jrs will do absolutely nothing about her. This is why Hardees sucks big time.
