Best chicken strips ever..they melt in your mouth. Just wish they didn't get rid of their milkshakes
Ordered through Grubhub. Driver forgot my drink. Grubhub credited me. The chicken wasn't all that and the fries were cold. Only thing interesting was the sauce but I've had better tasting chicken tenders from a certain fast food chain.
This review is for the GO Bird location at 5105 George Washington Hwy in Portsmouth.A couple of days ago, I was curious to try out this place as I love supporting locals, as they could surely use more money & support more so than big, corporate chained restaurants & stores in which they will always make more money.I went to the walk-up window to order, & there were two guys working inside of there. One of them kept socializing with people inside of one vehicle over through the drive-thru window while I was trying to get his attention so that he could take my order. You have customers waiting, especially at the Drive-Thru! You don't have time to be socializing!I've waited for about 5 minutes before he had done so. Then afterwards, I waited for like between 10 & 15 MINUTES just for my food to arrive! It was so embarrassing when a couple of relatives of mine were wondering what was happening.As for the food? The chicken sandwich combo along with a couple of tenders that I've ordered tasted average at best. The tender portion sizes were small as well for the high prices that they had! It was the GO Bird Sauce that had saved them. Fries were good, though.All in all, I received terrible customer service, & average food that wasn't worth the money or the long wait. I'm sticking to either Zaxby's, Bojangles or Popeyes.
Been here twice now, takes a little time to get your food, but what I got was hot, fresh and delicious. My wife love this place and the go bird sauce is great.
They have changed the recipe and portion sizes. If I wanted an unseasoned chicken breast cut into 3 small strips I would go to Kroger.
Decided to finally give this place a try. Sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes with no word whatsoever. If your customer service is this bad, no way the food is any good. Will not be back.
The chicken tenders and fries are good. Mine was cooked perfectly- hot and crispy. Fries were hot and crispy as well. Friendly staff. Looks like they are trying hard to make the complaints I see here go away. As for the price, well, they are no more expensive than that chain chicken joint that has crinkle-cut fries. Seemed fair to me. Will eat again! Thanks!

Horribleee!!!!! Youre better off going somewhere else i ordered a kids meal and the nuggets are smaller than the ones at chicfilai . It’s honestly not even that seasoned. Please do not let these other rebiews fool you. In promise you it was not worth it at all. Highly disappointed. I rather have gotten mcdonalds i with i could give zero star
Food was terrible. There was no seasoning on the fries or the chicken. Taste like food you would get at a gas station. Coleslaw was disgusting. Do not try this place out.
