Great food here. I haven't been here in months. But I went in at 6:38 may,18th. And as soon as i come in the guy on the register stares at me with this why is he here, oh another customer look. I had to speak first before he even uttered any words. Definitely not the 5 boroughs I've been supporting since month 1. Bring back the hospitality and love for your portsmouth family. Like I said, great food. Just bad vibes now.
Good food right here! I ordered the 5 boroughs burger because the place really is a Mediterranean restaurant. I figured I'd get something American and see how that came out. First and foremost my order was taken fast. It wasn't a long wait until my food was ready. Most importantly, my hamburger tasted seasoned and fully cooked. I had to thank the cook that day! Definitely going back.

This is an excellent restaurant with exceptional customer service and delicious foods all across the menu. I thoroughly enjoy every meal i purchase from this restaurant and i find myself coming back for more very often.If you havent been here already you should add this place to your bucket list.

Wow! Great Mediterranean food. Vegans can eat eat here! We got the Vegetarian platter. The hummus, falafel, rice and grape leaves are authentic. The hummus is the best I've had. My only recommendation is to add pickles or olives. I was thrilled to find a place with good food at reasonable prices.
A heavenly slice of the Big Apple nestled amongst the threshold of downtown portsmouth. You can't help but to think of the big city when you get a Big slice of stone oven baked pizza on dollar slice Sunday. It's awesome.
Found this place on the internet and decided to try it, Omg is all I can say!!! The best food. We ordered a pizza, lamb shawarma platter, and some falafel. This place is a must!!! Great friendly people, very clean environment, and cheap prices for the amount of food you get!! Will definitely be back
Absolutely fantastic lamb calzone, falafel, chicken shawarma, red cabbage salad, etc. My well-traveled husband says it’s the best shawarma he’s had outside the Middle East!
My 3 year old daughter and I stopped here this evening excited to try it given the great reviews. Unfortunately due to poor customer service, we never ordered. I took a few minutes to look at the menu after asking about dining in and waited for about maybe 7 minutes total. It was not clear if and when anyone would take my order. The three staff I saw seemed quite busy but there was no “be with you in a moment” or “let us know when you’re ready” - nothing. While still standing and waiting patiently, two white gentleman came through the door (my daughter and I are black) and, wouldn’t you know, one of the guys immediately stopped/finished what they were doing and came over to finally take my order. No greeting whatsoever, just silence and a stare. When I said “hello”, I received a dry hello back. I told him we wouldn’t be eating there and he gave me a slight shrug and a thumbs up. I wonder how long the two guys waited for a greeting or someone to take their order. No one has to patronize any restaurant and any customer should be a valued customer. Waiting is not the issue but the lack of acknowledgment absolutely was. Will not be returning.
