Recently I had a disappointing experience with Domino's on Airline Blvd in Portsmouth, VA. I complained and the new GM, JORDAN, listened to me and the other customers. She has turned that store around by hiring new staff, delivery drivers, and retraining staff. She deserves high praise for the greatly improved customer service. Today I received my delivery in 20 minutes , the food was hot and delicious. Thank you, Jordan. I don't know how you turned things around so fast, but you did it.
I placed an order for pickup. I entered the store. I witnessed one person at the register. Then she walked to cut up food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. The guy who put my pizza in the box, let me in the door and did not have on gloves either. He put my pizza in the box with out gloves and poured butter on it. This can’t be sanitary. I trashed the pizza and will not order from here EVER again.
I've never had an issue with Domino's until now. I ordered curbside pickup and my order stayed in prep status for almost an hour. I went to the location and pressed "I'm here", and my ordered changed to canceled. I went inside to see what happened and was told they probably canceled it because they have too many orders. I was never notified. Thanks Domino's, for wasting my time and my gas.
I would REALLY like to witness team members use gloves while preparing pizza especially as Im waiting/watching an employee comes in from a vape break outside and start preparing pizza and DEFINITELY did NOT wash his hands. Gloves along with a mask is, looks and feels better to see.The food was good.
I ordered on my cell phone, got home had a thin pizza, I had order hand tossed, would have been better if hand tossed because overcooked. Staff was friendly though, I made order for pick up.

Worse service ever had. After getting a text telling me my delivery is in my neighborhood see you soon, 15 mins went by before trying to contact the store of course no one answered the phone 35 mins after receiving the in the neighborhood message the driver finally show showed up with the coldest and nastiest pizza i ever got from a domino's
Placed an order around 8:30pm because the app said it would be ready & delivered in 15 minutes. It went to being prepped by an employee about a minute later and has been stuck on prep for almost an hour now. I called 3 times and the automated voice said they were closed & online says they close at midnight. I have been calling again and again & now it says to please hold on for an available team member, but still no answer. Extremely frustrating.
